Amazing location. Clean, everything we needed!
This was our second year in a row to stay in the condo! We really like the amenities and location! We've stayed at Papakea many times and really enjoyed this unit. It has a split ac system which kept us cool - even though we really only used the back bedroom unit. The fans kept the living area cool in the morning and evening. The views are gorgeous and make the morning cup of coffee a treat. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beach closet had chairs. Thanks for another great stay!
This property was perfect. It was spotless and very up to date. The AC was so nice and quiet though we barely needed it. The keycode entry for the door is a game changer, so much more relaxing than trying to remember a key card. The property manager was super responsive and helpful
Our Papakea Condos stay was phenomenal. The unit was clean and very well appointed including beach chairs, cooler, towels, and boogie boards. The property was beautifully landscaped and we loved the pool, spa, and easy beach acess. It was also a very easy walk to nearby food courts, restaurants, grocery store, and snorkel rental equipment

This property was the perfect example of the pictures don’t do it justice! The accommodations were just perfect. The unit had everything you need to supplement the perfect vacation. We were a family of 4 adults. Everyone found something to make them happy in this property! The concierge help in the property found us all the coolest places to go. The bonus was how meticulously well done the property grounds were. Very nice resort feeling! Felt like home and super welcoming!

Lovely unit and resort. No complaints! The resort staff work their butts off to make this a lovely property. Whale watching from the balcony was the highlight with our morning coffee.

We have been staying in this unit for probably over 10 years now. We love it! They have updated the condo and furniture which makes it even more pleasant. The location is fantastic! We book our stay according to when this unit is available.

The condo was great for our week in Maui. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom are really what made the condo awesome. We could sit on the balcony and watch the sun set, or just watch the ocean....it was my favorite part of the condo. The master bedroom has an amazing view also, and the bed was very comfortable. Great location as you can walk to the beach, pool, or ABC store easily. Would definitely stay here again, or recommend to a friend.

We recently spent a week in K204 at the Papakea. It was amazing. The condo itself is well decorated. The living room had been updated since we had booked the property, so that was a lovely surprise. I see now that the listing has been updated with pictures of the new furniture! The condo is extremely well equipped. The only thing we wanted and did not find was a whisk. haha. and we made due just fine. There is so much here. The owners clearly care so much to make it an amazing place to stay for its guests. They have thought of just about everything to help make your stay perfect. From beach equipment, to baby stuff, to a cooler and ice packs, to putters and golf balls, to beach towels.... it's all here. I'd recommend going through all the closets, cabinets and drawers upon arrival so you know what you are working with! We traveled with our one year old and three year old and the baby/toddler equipment was so helpful... especially the baby gate, pack n play, and high chair. With the kids room near the front door and the primary bedroom across the condo, I used the baby gate every night to ensure that our curious three year old couldn't try and escape through the condo front door while we slept at night. The washer and dryer are such a benefit! They are pretty small, so our loads weren't huge, but it was more than sufficient for the trip. THE AIR CONDITIONING! WHAT A TREAT. I specifically wanted a unit with air conditioning and it was phenomenal. The view really is incredible. I could have sat on the lanai all day. You are sooo close to the pool and ocean. It is magical. We ate so many meals on the lanai and it was perfection. (make sure to not leave the lanai though before taking the food with you! There are some hungry birds in Hawaii... haha) The location of the condo is great for West Maui... so much is so close. The resort property is immaculate and there are a lot of activities! The elevator is super close to the condo which was great for all the stuff and for our kids. Bree was great to work with. We had a small issue at the beginning of the trip where the newly installed motorized blinds weren't working and she was able to get in touch with the owners, get the installer's info and get him to the condo within just a few hours to get it fixed. We were sooo thankful. I also had a lot of questions for Bree before our stay and she was always helpful.
I feel like if we go back to Maui, I will be looking at this unit again!!!

Watching whales from the lanai was all we had hoped for. Plenty of green space, nice pool. Very family oriented. Unit was well furnished. Beach area disappointing but there are plenty to go to. Wonderful breezes.

Whenever we are in Maui we always try to book K204. The location is perfect with a beautiful view of the ocean!

Beautiful condo with everything one would need for a Maui vacation. The air conditioning was such a bonus! While there was not beach access directly in front of the resort during our stay, there were beaches on either side that were easily accessible. We had a ball playing shuffleboard and using the putting green. We are grateful for such a lovely stay and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. Thank you!
What a great experience for our family. This is our second time to Maui but first time with the kids. This unit is perfect for a family of 6 and the location was amazing. The view from the Lani is priceless and just like the photo shows. Great location and the property manager was very helpful and communication was great. We will be back in 2020 and will stay in this same unit.
