Wall to wall, ceiling to floor windows in the living room and master suite open unto private lanais which offer panoramic views of West Maui Mt and peeks of the ocean.
Every room is cooled with Split System AC's with remote controls. Master suite has a King bed (single futon stored underneath for a child), private lanai, vanity area and full bathroom. The master suite has AC & ceiling fan, large (mirrored doors) closet and a wall mounted 25' TV w/DVD. One whole wall of the bedroom is floor to ceiling window and sliding glass doors to the private lanai, master also has Black Out Shades for a good nights sleep. You don't have to be on the lanai or get out of bed to enjoy the view! The master bedroom affords privacy from the living area and the second bedroom. Second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin bed with wall to wall, ceiling to floor mirrored closets, AC and a ceiling fan. There are white shutters on the large window with a view of Mt. Haleakala. The second bedroom has it's own hallway and full bathroom which allows for privacy also. Living room sofa opens into a Queen bed.
Each bedroom plus the living room have their own new Mitsubishi , extremely quiet AC with individual remotes for climate control.
The spacious living room area has a 55' LCD Flat screen TV. Free WiFi. Condominium is handicapped-friendly with grab bars in both shower/tubs. Condominium is one level - no stairs. Condominium complex has elevators.
This is an end unit and is the closest unit to the elevators, BBQ's, parking lot, shuffle board deck and Pickle Ball courts.. It feels like all of these amenities are yours privately because they are right outside your door. Most of the condo walls are made of solid cement which makes the complex very quiet. There is rarely any noise heard through the walls, floors or ceilings.
Kamaole Beach 1, which is one block away is one the best beaches in Maui. This beach is literally a 3 minute walk and has bathrooms, lifeguards, grassy areas and rinse-off outdoor showers.
Extras include beach towels, beach chairs and mats, ice chests, beach bags, beach umbrellas, kids beach toys, cards & games, port-a-crib, high chair, gas barbecue, pool, hot tub.
Beach, shopping, and dining are a three minute walk (great for older kids). Centrally located on a private dead end street. Free off street parking is plentiful in the back parking lot.

The apartment is very clean, all the necessary to make you feel comfortable at home, playing cards, great amenities and equipments for the beach. Peaceful residence area.

The location was perfect for us! If you’re staying on that side of the island it is convenient and in walking distance of a ton of things. We had a wonderful time there!

This is a nice place to stay but the check-in process was not. The Vrbo listing states check-in time is 3:00 PM and instructions emailed to me from the owner says check-in time is 2:00 PM. We arrived about 2:30 PM and the unit was still being cleaned. The cleaners said to come back in an hour which we did, but at 3:30 PM it was still not ready The cleaners said to me that their boss told them they had until 4:00 PM to get the unit cleaned. So we waited and then they finally were finished by 4:15 PM. I called the owner about this and left a voicemail suggesting she needs to update the check-in time and also asked her if there was any equipment available to play shuffleboard, but she never responded back.

The condo was spacious and clean, with everything we needed for an enjoyable vacation. There were ample towels and beach gear for the six of us. The air conditioning worked great and the ceiling fans kept us cool when the air wasn't on. Two bathrooms provided us with enough space to get ready for our nightly outings. We will definately keep this condo in mind for our next trip to Maui. Prayers for west Maui.

We had a great experience at Carol's property. The location was incredible (short walk to beach), very clean property, the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. I'd stay here again.

We loved the condo! It’s spacious, clean, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation and awesome location close to the beach. Our family of 4 adults, two children slept comfortably and enjoyed the pool and spa everyday. It was our first time in Maui and we loved every moment. The condo was well located to explore other parts of Maui plus lots of local eateries and shops were handy. Also having our own washer, dryer was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I agree with other renters. Everything you need in for a stay in Kihei. Great air conditioning which we only needed intermittently. Large main lanai. Close to the parking area which made bringing luggage/groceries in very easy. The walk from the beach/shopping was steeper than other places we stayed but we were maybe being a bit wimpy. It is totally doable, and we chose to walk down and up more times than we used our rental car. This condo is so quiet (aside from the roosters but they are unavoidable). We definitely will be back. As will friends who stayed at another busier condo complex. Thank you Carol!
