This condo was the best stocked condo we’ve ever stayed at! Everything we wanted, we found. Lots of conveniences were considered and accommodated by the owner. The condo was clean and comfortable. And we LOVED walking down the road to the gorgeous beach everyday! You will not regret staying here!
We originally planned to stay here for four nights. This condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay: towels, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, dishwasher and laundry detergent, etc. The AC units worked great, there was plenty of space for our family of 7, plus extra blankets, and the pool was wonderful. The nearby beach was a favorite. There’s also an ABC Store (with grab and go food), a Pizza Hut, Maui Gelato, Maui Bakery, and a health food store within easy walking distance. We loved our stay. It was perfect. Carol let us do the late check out (there is a very reasonable fee) for our last day, which was really nice…and then all the Hawaiian islands received a tsunami warning. We had already started packing up, so we quickly left the condo for high ground. All flights were canceled with no vacancies at inland hotels. Luckily, Carol didn’t have anyone else coming in for a few nights, so she graciously let us come back to the condo to sleep. We ended up not being able to fly out for four more days. Because the condo was available, Carol was amazing and kindly worked with us to arrange our stay for those extra nights. We cooked the rest of our meals instead of eating out and the kitchen had everything we needed for our big family. We absolutely loved this condo and the location. 5 stars! Carol’s kindness took things way above and beyond perfection!

Had a wonderful stay. The unit is large, clean, and had everything we needed for a perfect Maui vacation. The location in Kihei is ideal and an easy walk to the beach, coffee, gelato, and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool, lanai, and large open living space. This condo exceeded all of our expectations!! We had THE BEST time staying here! First of all, the location is AMAZING. It is so close to such a nice beach! We easily walked to the beach, restaurants, and shops daily. The parking lot is close and the condo itself is right by the elevator/stairs. The picked ball court and BBQ grill are also right outside the room. It is so well stocked with everything you could possibly think of! There wasn’t anything we came across that we did not have access to! There is Plenty of beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach towels, coolers etc. The kitchen has everything! There is tons of bath towels, sheets, blankets, pillows! Our favorite part was the Lanai! It is spacious and has a great view of the ocean! We stayed here with a family is it was PERFECT! I would definitely book this place again when we come back! The owner was very responsive and check in and check out were super easy! Thank you again Carol! Your place is PERFECT for a family!
We have stayed in this condo multiple times and made sure to reserve our next trip for next year before leaving. Carol has stocked this place beautifully, we needed to replace batteries for a remote that wasn't working and sure enough she had batteries in the supply drawer :) You will not be disappointed and it definitely feels like home to us!
We had an absolutely lovely time at Carol’s Vrbo. Everything is clearly marked and so many things available for use. She was always quick to respond to a question (even before our stay) and had great suggestions. I had my senior folks with me with mobility challenges and this location was so easy from the parking lot with the elevator. I read on a review that it was an inclined walk to the road and although it was an easy walk for me, we never attempted with my folks. The location was quiet yet close to everything. And after our second time I do think Kamaole beaches are THE best. Thank you for a lovely stay!
We stayed for a week and had a great time. The condo had puzzles, games, beach gear, sheets & towels, washer and dryer, loaner ice chests, and plenty of hooks around the condo to hang stuff. The location is also convenient to shopping and the beach.
We had a great week's stay at this property. Walking distance to many shops and places to eat. Clean, fun, and calmer beach just right down the road from the condo. We also appreciated the close proximity to the parking lot making it that much easier to come and go. We would definitely stay here again.
The place was very good and we would stay here again. Having air conditioners in every room was convenient and the kitchen was well stocked. Location was great with many stores and restaurants within a 10 minute drive. There were a couple issues: the wifi instructions were incorrect and we were without wifi for the first day and the bathtub faucet broke so we were without use of one shower for a day. However, they were fixed the following days and the property manager was responsive although I had to leave messages and wait for return calls each time. Nothing major that made our stay bad, but I did want to provide examples of inevitable issues that arise with rentals and responses. I look forward to hopefully staying again in the future.
We loved everything about this property! Close walk to everything….beaches, stores, restaurants and more. It is also in the middle point so can be easily traveled to Lahaina and Wailea. The unit is conveniently located in the back near the parking where there is an elevator and trash chute as well as recycling. The pool is a little away but works out due to noise level from the pool area. The settings on the AC unit remotes challenged us but property mgmt and the host assisted in no time and the 3 zone ACs saved our family from arguments(too hot, too cold). The condo also provided boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, chairs which was great and cost savings. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Maui.
The best thing about this unit is its location. It is close to a beautiful beach with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc, around and the sunset is to die for. I would recommend the food truck park not far from there and definitely the Cones at Kihei for dessert.
The unit seemed small at first when you walk in, but in a bit you realize there’s enough room for all. The couch could be cleaner, and turns into an extra bed. We were a bit alarmed to see some paint cans in the secondary bedroom closet. Is that safe lol? No other issues with the unit and was comfy.
The kids liked that it was right next to pickleball and the swimming pool wasn’t far. You could walk to the beach, but if you are carrying a lot of stuff, it’s easier to drive to the road and park (free and easy to find a spot). I liked the unit was close to the rear parking. But do park only at the open uncovered spots and fill out the parking form. I saw another car get a ticket.
The host says she allows late checkout for 75$ if no one’s checking in, but when we asked more than a week in advance, she could not allow it because the cleaners didn’t want to come at a later time. She let us checkout at noon for $60, which helped too, since everyone was dead tired after our road to Hana drive the previous day. Also, the wifi had changed and we couldn’t find out what it was till the next day. All these are tiny issues, but just wanted to put it out there.
Overall we liked it and highly recommend this place.
Spent a week here with my family, we all loved it. Easily a 15 minute drive to anything in south Maui and only 25 minutes away from the airport and a few steps away from the elevator so we didn't have to carry bags up the steps.
We loved that they had everything that we needed in the room, towels, washer snd dryer, beach equipment. Parking right by the room and the pool was only a short walk away.

We've stayed in this condo complex before so we already knew it was a great location etc. The unit itself was clean, well stocked, and an easy walk from the parking lot. Great communication from the host as well. If you're looking for a 2 bed/2 bath within walking distance of a whole lot, I don't see how you could do much better.
Great location..right up the street from a beach, close to boat that took us snorkeling, and where we did surf lessons…also steps from shops and a few breakfast places so very convenient! Had towels and boogie boards which was a nice plus and great communication from host!
Great location, walk to beach. Beautiful condo, Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen needs and extras. Beach gear was so useful. The AC was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our family of 5! Lots of room to spread out and close to stores, restaurants and of course, the most beautiful beach!
Loved the location, short downhill walk to a great beach for the kids (Kamaole Beach Park I). Separate quiet AC in each room is a huge plus. Very clean and well-equipped. There are restaurants within walking distance. Safeway is a short drive away. Even though it’s only a partial ocean view, the view of the mountain is beautiful. There is another unit upstairs so you will hear a little noise if it’s occupied, but people all seem well behaved here. We would happily return!
We absolutely LOVE Carol's condo. We stay in her unit twice a year and love that it is stocked with items you will need during your stay. It feels like home.
The apartment is very clean, all the necessary to make you feel comfortable at home, playing cards, great amenities and equipments for the beach. Peaceful residence area.
