Aloha(Hello)! E Komo Mai (Welcome) to our beautiful luxury Beach Villa in Ko Olina located on the island of Oahu and conveniently located just 25 minutes from Honolulu! We would love to have you come stay with us!!
Our fully equipped luxury 15th-floor penthouse, unit #1506, is located in the Ocean Tower on Lagoon 2 which is the least crowded of the four amazing lagoons. Our villa is spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people (no exceptions). Gorgeous ocean and mountain views await you! The custom-designed Roy Yamaguchi signature kitchen offers Sub Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, Wolf appliances, which add to the conveniences of a condominium vacation rental instead of a hotel room. The Wi-Fi high-speed internet, 3 DVD players, and large flat screen smart TV's in every room and other high-end amenities provide a lifestyle and vacation beyond compare. For your peace of mind, the property is gated and secured with 24/7 security. Our villa offers the best of both worlds: the view, the comfort, and the quiet tranquil retreat are just steps away from the beach, pools, and other resort activities.
The primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has private access to a separate lanai with chairs to relax in. The bathroom includes a soaking tub and separate shower, and a walk-in closet with a California closet system.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, full-size dresser, and a closet.
The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and opens fully to the lanai for more indoor/outdoor living space. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, 2 reclining chairs along with an ottoman that has a pull-out twin bed.

- We offer you a personal touch! Upon arrival, our property manager will welcome you, assist with luggage and parking as needed. They will escort and orient you to the Villa, the Beach Villas property, and all amenities. They will answer any questions you might have and will be your local on-site concierge.

- Secure, high performance, unlimited wireless internet access, and cable TV.

The communication with the property manager (Sherry) started as soon as we put down our deposit. All of my questions were answered quickly and it really put my mind at ease. Arrival day came and check in was quick and easy. The Condo was clean and as pictured. It had everything we needed from extra blankets to beach equipment. Little things like night lights lighting the hallway were such a nice touch. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were HUGE. Getting 2 little kids off the beach and cleaned up without getting sand everywhere was made so much easier with all the space. I had trouble figuring out the washing machine and Sherry was quick to respond and help me out. The view from the balcony was incredible. Sitting out there after dinner and relaxing was usually the highlight of the day.

Great location and very comfortable condo. Excellent unobstructed view of the ocean and sunsets. Situated between the Marriott, Disney Resort and the Four Seasons. Across the street from the wonderful Ko’Olina Golf Course. Played several rounds.
Check-in process was seamless. Sherry met my wife and I when we arrived and along with Neal, physically helped us move in. I actually had my golf clubs shipped directly from Colorado to Sherry (property manager). She had them in the condo when we arrived. Overall, a great vacation!!

Sherry is the best. From the easy check-in and check-out, you could not ask for more. Just follow the rules, especially the parking. We received all the information we needed, and vacation started immediately. If you need anything, Sherry is just a call away. Otherwise, you will not be bothered. The penthouse is incredible for couples, families and friends. Private elevator included. All the beach toys you need. Don't bring anything, it's all there for you to enjoy. The resort has everything you need and then some. Great location with a lot to do within walking distance. Friendly lowkey atmosphere without the busy tourist feel. We've been to Hawaii several times and this trip and stay was by far one of the best. We'll be back!!

We highly recommend staying at this property. Sherry and her husband gave us a warm welcome and thorough tour of the unit and property.
The unit is in excellent shape and has excellent views. We definetely will return to Oahu and hopefully spend more time at this property!

We had a wonderful time in this penthouse. The accommodations were luxurious, quiet and extremely well organized. Very nicely appointed décor, with everything you might need. You even get your own elevator stop! We enjoyed the balcony - what a view! The pictures are representative of the property, and the manager was super responsive and considerate. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a variety of snacks, plenty of cold beverages, and even a birthday cake (belated birthday celebration)!. We needed a late check-out and Sherry was able to accommodate us. Highly recommend this property and location! Mahalo!

The property is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. The view from the deck was beautiful and it was large enough for our whole family (5 of us) to enjoy. We would definitely recommend it to anyone. We would love to come back some day.

One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Spotless, beautiful, so well-stocked and fabulous view. Everything you need for a comfortable trip to the pool, to the beach - chairs, towels, cooler, hats, sunscreen, pool toys. You will love this place. We’ll be back.
