Royal Kahana 907 is located on the northwest side of the building which is the quiet side of the building that offers both sun and shade onto the lanai. With the opposite side of the building there is no escaping the sun or the sound coming up from the pool area. A recent guest review described the condo as a 5 Star for the cost of a 3. The property is very clean, well stocked kitchen and great location. Only minutes from Lahaina and Ka’anapali! The view off the lanai is the ocean where we watched the sea turtles everyday for two weeks. The bedroom is large and the bed is sooo very comfortable. We were very pleased and will definitely stay there again. Perfect condo for us!

From the moment we made our reservation I had wonderful and helpful communications from our host. David was quick to respond to my (many) questions regarding our stay and how to tailor it to the things we wanted to do and see. His recommendations were so helpful, and our experience wouldn’t have been the same without his knowledge, kindness and generosity! The condo had a view beyond compare and being lulled off to sleep to the sound of the waves was heaven! We had every amenity we needed to enjoy a comfortable stay, and the area of Kahana was perfectly located between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Excellent property with a pool, parking and access to the beach. Very homely and everything is provided including things to hang out on the beach. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! The condo was conveniently located between all the beaches, has a wonderful view, and a comfortable bed. Although, a car is a must when staying here. Having beach chairs and air conditioning was also a nice touch, as some condos on the island don’t offer either. I can’t thank the hosts, David and Nancy enough, as they were very kind and accommodating. They made several helpful tips and recommendations prior to our stay. Mahalo!

This was our first time in Hawaii and it was full of wonderful memories. Our hosts David and Nancy could not have been more helpful.
David sent information that was so helpful for us to plan our days. They came under several different headings which included -
Pre-Vacation important information / Best Beaches / Dining / Snorkel locations / Whale watching boats they recommended etc.
And it is one thing to get great information but often they came with precise directions and time from the resort, where applicable, by walking or driving. We shopped for groceries from recommendations from our hosts allowing us to be able to have most meals in.
The kitchen is well stocked with all you need for eat in meals. You also have the choice of having a quick Keurig coffee in the morning or a drip coffee if that is your preference.
We were here because we were so interested to go on a whale watching expedition. David recommended one Whale watching company, with a very knowledgeable staff, so we truly loved seeing these majestic sea creatures and hearing all the information about them. From our 9th floor suite we could also see much whale activity out on the Ocean. Being right on the ocean we could enjoy hours on our deck looking at the sparking blue/green water as the surf splashed to the shore. Glorious sunsets can be seen from the pool area or a 5 minute walk down the street from the resort to a public access beach. This is a very well built resort - we did not hear noise from the suites above or beside us. And it’s location was very close to downtown seaside Lahaina going 15 minutes South or 10 minutes North to Kapalua. ka-anapali and Napili were even closer. Hotel resorts on the ocean are much more expensive than this wonderful YRBO. This option made coming to Hawaii affordable for us and this is why we can say we certainly had a Whale of a Time on Maui thanks to our great HOSTS David and Nancy.
