Aloha! The property is extremely well-maintained and up near the gorgeous upper pool. The property is renovated has nice furnishings a very private and quiet back lanai with lush greenery. Lots of bedding and towels are provided. In addition there are lovely surprises included such as leftover toiletries, paper towel, and a small starter kit. Fred And Mary were fantastic to deal with. There were beach chairs, water, shoes, snorkel, masks, and equipment. That was additionally there for use as well. I highly recommend and will be telling all my friends, family and clients to rent this property. Mahalo
What a beautiful, large condo! We had 3 adults staying here and cooked most of our meals. Really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen! The bedroom was large, the bed super comfy, plenty of closet and storage space. Both bathrooms were large and well appointed. The main room was surprisingly large. The lanai is gorgeous and roomy. Close to one of the pools and the grilling area. The grills are newer model Webers and work wonderfully, which is really saying something because most other places we've stayed on Maui, the grills had issues. The security staff are super friendly. Loved that Kam III is right across the street. Would definitely stay again.
My husband and I had a wonderful stay - the hosts were great and provided everything we needed for a perfect week in paradise. The condi was clean and in a perfect location. We hope to come back and stay again!

The condo was recently renovated and was lovely.
This property was fantastic! There were 3 of us (including our tween) that stayed here and we found the condo like a home away from home. It was fully stocked with anything we could need. Fred was the best to deal with, checking in with us to make sure we were comfortable and even provided a new mattress topper for the pullout sofa which made sleeping much more enjoyable for our child.
The condo is a short distance to the beach. The Kamaole property is beautifully maintained and the upper pool is well kept with lush greenery and flowers; simply an oasis.
We will definitely be back.

Fred and Mary are great hosts! They communicated very well with us through the whole process (including during a hurricane watch) and check-in was super simple. The property was extremely well stocked (kitchen, linens, toiletries, beach stuff, and just overall house stuff, including cable TV!), it's very clean (literally not a bug in sight!), and well maintained. We hope to return again as the location is absolutely fabulous for snorkeling and is right across the street from the Kamaole Beach III which is a great sunset beach. We recommend this condos to others who ask and we look forward to staying again.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved it! Our view from the backyard was beautiful and we were greeted with wild chickens and little baby chicks! Most of the places we went to werent too far from the condo so it was really nice that it was pretty central to everything. Fred and Mary were great hosts, my husband and I will definitely be back for sure!

We had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
However, the condo could benefit from a deep cleaning, particularly in the bathrooms. Additionally, there is too much stuff in the closets, leaving barely any space for our clothes and belongings. Overall, with a bit more attention to cleanliness and storage organization, this condo could be a great place to stay.
The condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Upon entering the condo, you know it is beautifully well taken care of. Bed is very comfortable. Lanai has nice patio furniture. The beach is right across the road and the owners have beach chairs to use.
The owner provided all information well in advance. Check in was easy. Communication was fantastic.
Would highly recommend this unit when visiting Kihei!
Our stay was fantastic! The condo is truly lovely, in the perfect location, and has everything one could need. Very nicely furnished unit with lovely garden patio, in great location. Easy drive to several S. Kihei beaches & close to shopping & dining.
The condo is nice, overall. The owners were excellent about communicating. We had a couple of issues while there. I think the cleaning crew could have done a better job (mopping the floor, dusting, etc). The owners said it was getting a deep cleaning soon. The condo was well equipped with dishes, towels, pretty much everything you need for a stay.
. The unit is at the very back of the property, with the pool steps away, but the beach was about a quarter mile away. You can walk it if you’re in good shape since the condo is up a hill.
Great condo! Amazing remodel, quiet location, short walk to the beach. This was our second visit to Maui Kamaole and we would stay at Fred and Mary's place again.

Totally enjoyed our stay at Fred and Mary’s condo at Maui Kamaole - clean, well-stocked (linens, beach towels, kitchen items, including essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, cleaning supplies, and paper goods), and a good location for walking to beaches and into the south end of Kihei. We stayed three weeks in this condo across from a beautiful beach. We had a relaxing stay without any issues. The condo is so clean and comfortable and well stocked with what we need to enjoy our stay. The second bathroom was perfect when we had visitors and the large ensuite was so very special too!

The condo was very clean, spacious, and quiet. You’re located right next to the pool, no noise issue. Great owner and easy communication.
The location was our only concern. The condo is tucked in the back of the winding complex; PERFECT if you need a comfortable place to sleep, but if you want to vibe in the condo - get closer to the ocean.

You can't beat the location - the condo is at the back of the property, which means it is super quiet, but it is a short walk to fantastic snorkeling at Kamaole 2 and 3.
We had friends stay at a condo at the same property and we loved the pools for entertaining the kids.

Stayed for 2 weeks. Family of 4 ( kids 5 and 1.5) . The pool really is 20 steps away , we spent a lot of time there and kids loved it. Pool is warm and the gardens are gorgeous. The king bed and sofa pull out were comfortable and all my family needed. The condo has extra linens and sheets as well. The washer and dryer in the unit are full size and work great. We also loved how the fridge made ice. The condo is just off south kihei road and close to kam 3 beach which is a great beach for kids. We mainly drove to beach but we went for morning walks from the condo. There is a steep hill to climb from the street which is hard with little kids who are hot. The tv has a really good selection of cable channels. The patio is great. Nice and relaxing and quiet. Gets lots of afternoon sun. The awning was used most of our trip. Did not hear any outside noise at night the whole stay which we appreciated. I contacted the owner Fred a few
times and he got back to me right away amd was so nice.
The only negatives was that there was a lot of decor about the place. Lots of stuff for little kids to touch. And some of the furniture is maybe a bit too big for the space.The beach equipment wasnt quite what we expected. There was just one cooler and it was tiny. We purchased a soft cooler bag to use as well. There was only 1 useable boogie board, the other was in rough shape when we took to the beach and ended up falling apart in ocean. And out of the 4 beach chairs only 1 had a workable strap.

Beautiful patios, spacious bedroom with a K sized bed, and a pull-out sofa in the living room for kids or two additional adults.
The condo has everything you need and is very comfortable and clean. The property is well maintained, pools are great and the BBQ's are very close.
