Our SMOKE-FREE SPACIOUS UNIT (over 1000 sq ft of indoor/outdoor living) is situated in the newest building of the resort. It is bright, modern, comfortable, and the unit is very well equipped. The furniture and interior decor is very tasteful, classy, high end, with a touch of Island Flair, and everything is brand new and fully renovated . The condo is a one bedroom, with a King Size comfortable mattress, a 32' Toshiba Flat Screen TV and Blue Ray DVD. The master bathroom contains a full rain shower with bench, and double sinks. There is a small cozy private lanai off the bedroom. The living room has 2 very comfortable lounge chairs to curl up in, a Queen Sleeper pull-out couch with comfortable mattress, and a lovely wood coffee table. On top of a Tuscan media console is a 52' Aquios Flat Screen Smart TV, a Blue Ray DVD, and inside a stereo system. There is a beautiful Flip Top Secretary desk for your computer, along with Free High Speed Password Protected Wireless Internet. The dining area has a fabulous round driftwood base glass table with comfortable Island chairs. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with absolutely everything you need, along with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, magic bullet and blender. The second bathroom includes a shower. There are blow dryers in both bathrooms, with magnifying light-up cosmetic mirrors. The condo includes built-in quiet air conditioning, one in the master bedroom and an additional unit in the living room area. There are also two ceiling fans, and floor fans available for those who do not require A/C. The living room lanai looks out to the beautiful colourful grounds, and it is very quiet and private with only 20 steps to the Oasis Pool and sand bottom Hot Tub. The pool area includes a cabana, vending machines, kitchen, barbecue area and clean restroom areas. From the back lanai it is only a few steps to the new Tennis courts and an additional private Barbecue area. We have provided, for your convenience, Free Long Distance calling to anywhere in Canada and the U.S. Washer/Dryer included in unit. You will find our unit to be very calming...

We loved our stay here. The condo itself is impeccable - totally renovated and has everything you could need, including beach gear!
Fred was very responsive with communication and clearly cared about making our experience great.
You can't beat the location - the condo is at the back of the property, which means it is super quiet, but it is a short walk to fantastic snorkeling at Kamaole 2 and 3.
We had friends stay at a condo at the same property and we loved the pools for entertaining the kids.
We would love to stay here again!

Stayed for 2 weeks. Family of 4 ( kids 5 and 1.5) . The pool really is 20 steps away , we spent a lot of time there and kids loved it. Pool is warm and the gardens are gorgeous. The king bed and sofa pull out were comfortable and all my family needed. The condo has extra linens and sheets as well. The washer and dryer in the unit are full size and work great. We also loved how the fridge made ice. The condo is just off south kihei road and close to kam 3 beach which is a great beach for kids. We mainly drove to beach but we went for morning walks from the condo. There is a steep hill to climb from the street which is hard with little kids who are hot. The tv has a really good selection of cable channels. The patio is great. Nice and relaxing and quiet. Gets lots of afternoon sun. The awning was used most of our trip. Did not hear any outside noise at night the whole stay which we appreciated. I contacted the owner Fred a few
times and he got back to me right away amd was so nice.
The only negatives was that there was a lot of decor about the place. Lots of stuff for little kids to touch. And some of the furniture is maybe a bit too big for the space.The beach equipment wasnt quite what we expected. There was just one cooler and it was tiny. We purchased a soft cooler bag to use as well. There was only 1 useable boogie board, the other was in rough shape when we took to the beach and ended up falling apart in ocean. And out of the 4 beach chairs only 1 had a workable strap.

We felt so at home here and are sad to leave. Perfect location within the complex. Steps to the pool. Perfect location between Kihei and Wailea. Perfect place for our honeymoon.

Fred and Mary’s condo was amazing. Kept very clean,
Fully stocked, comfortable bed, etc. they were extremely responsive/organized and great to deal with. We spent 5 nights here and then spent the rest of our trip at an expensive hotel in Wailea, enjoyed the condo every bit as much. Save your money and stay here instead! The condo and grounds are beautiful. Bonus, the pool/hot tub are just a couple steps from the back door.
