The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with new appliances, new custom cabinets, granite countertops and everything you need to prepare your favorite specialties. The bathroom shower has great water pressure into a 4 foot bath tub, granite counter and sink, bath towels and beach towels provided. The one bedroom has a new, very comfortable Calif. King Size bed, new furniture and a closet for your clothes. The lanai has sliding windows to close up in stormy weather or opened up on our normal trade wind weather days for the Hawaiian natural air conditioner. Close up the Unit to make the house A/C to work great! sp All the comforts of home at low rates year round. Only steps away to the long sand beach below with snorkeling, surfing and beach activities. We used to stay at Maui Kai several times and were lucky to rent the corner 408 condo this year. The condo is very clean and well maintained and has all the amenities you'd need but not too overloaded. The location is perfect with 180-degree view of the ocean and the beach. We've seen lots of whales from the lanai. The owner (Neal) is very responsive and helpful. Will come back next year. Thank you!

This is a great little condo, but man the location is unmatched. Sure the building is a little dated, but the views are second to none. The waves are literally crashing up on the seawall like maybe three yards from the condo. Perfect for happy hour on the Lanai! Location is halfway between Lahaina and Kapalua so tons of restaurant options, including a food truck yard outside the property. Grocery store across the street which is super convenient. A+ condo!

This property is so lovely. The location is fantastic and the views of the ocean and gorgeous sunsets are breathtaking. I cannot say enough about this property. Neal was great to work with. Definitely staying here again!

Our stay was perfect! The condo is as described. Very clean. The bed is more comfortable than ours at home. This condo offers an amazing view of the ocean and beach. It was like a dream waking up to that canvas everyday. Perfect location. Close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back! Thanks for everything Neal!

You can't beat the views! We enjoyed watching turtles each day. The unit was well supplied. It's older and could use some updates but the ocean views totally made up for what the condo was lacking. Neal was quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property. Fantastic views, Turtles swim by our Lanai, Seal sunbaking on the beach. Great access to pristine snorkeling locations. Neal and Vicky are fantastic hosts. The property is modern and very well kitted out with all the necessary gear to be self sustained. We loved our stay here and will be sure to tell all our friends.

Weve stayed at several suites in Maui Kai and this was by far our favorite. The views for this corner lot are absolutely stunning and the place was very clean and spacious. Neal is an excellent host that went out of his way to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely stay here again and can't recommend this place enough!

Beautiful corner unit with gorgeous views all around! Great to have the food truck park in walking distance and we found lots of fun shopping and food spots nearby. Without knowing much when we booked, we really liked this location on Maui, finding it well located to many of the activities that we wanted to enjoy. The unit is well appointed with a new kitchen that includes everything needed to cook up good meals and enjoy alongside the breathtaking view. It was a pleasure to be hosted by Neal. He was available as needed and quickly addressed our questions. We appreciated all of the thoughtful touches throughout the unit, including plenty of extra blankets, pillows, and beach towels. We would certainly recommend this gem for your stay on Maui!

The location was fantastic. We saw a ton of whales from the balcony (March visit), and snorkeled a 5-minute walk south. The fold-out bed was fast to set up and fold back, and was comfortable.
