We had a beautiful stay here, right across the street from the beach and walking distance from many local eateries. We were about a 20 minute walk from ‘The Triangle’ in Kihei, also where Kihei Caffe is (highly recommended). The property was in the perfect location, we walked down to the beach many times to enjoy a beautiful sunset. Property also comes with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and snorkeling equipment. We cannot recommend this property enough, especially if staying for an extended period of time (we stayed for a week).
Kihei Kai Nani is a great location. Condo was stocked full of the necessities but also many extras lije condiments, spices, soaps and kitchen tools. Loved the AC and fans. The coffee maker could use an upgrade, it was a freat stay in a great place.but overall
The condo was well appointed and nicely decorated. We like to cook and so bought a few things that made prep easier. Unfortunately, we were not prepared for the heat.Everyday the temp was 31 or 32 C and the A/C was unable to lower the temp significantly because we were on the top floor and the heat was coming through the roof. Other than that the condo was perfect. The fragrance of plumeria wafting into the bedroom at night was lovely. We appreciated the bottle of wine left for us.
Great place! Nice, cozy, clean condo, 5 minutes walk to one of the best beaches in Maui. There is everything you need for life. The place is quiet and safe. Many thanks to the owners for the quick response to the request, I recommend!

Fantastic condo well stocked with everything one needs - beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels. Kitchen has abundance of everything as well. Owner provided plenty of soaps, toilet paper etc which was immensely appreciated. Everything was in good condition from furniture to pots and pans. The king size bed also very comfortable.
We were lucky enough to have breezy evenings so didn’t need the AC much. Excellent location, easy access to snorkeling and harbor for boat trips. My favorite beach for sunsets. All the expected Kihei noise levels. LOL
Had a wonderful 10-day stay in this condo. We love Kihei Kai Nani and have stayed many times. This unit is great because of being an end unit with more windows. The kitchen was amply supplied and we appreciated the sharp knives. Bed was comfortable and we loved our stay! We’ll be back!
this place was very well stocked from spices right up to chairs to the beach. The only thing missing was an air fryer lol.
Jack was very easy to deal with and my questions were answered very promptly. The apartment is very close to the beach and you can walk to many amenities. I will most definitely be staying in when I come back to the island. I love Kihei and staying here made me love it even more. Thanks so much Jack and crew
We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is so perfect-just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the walking paths along the beach the most! No surprises. Everything they advertise is honest. We would love to go back again and would stay at this same VRBO. Aloha
Ideal location in Kihei you can walk to the beach. Beach equipment provided, a condo with all you need to make a great vacation. This place is one of the best we've ever stayed at in Kihei.
Wonderful stay, Kihei Kai Nani is a very convenient and comfortable property with all the amenities. Best parts of this unit for us are waking to the birds, quiet lanai, no road noise, so well stocked, to make our stay just so lovely. Mahalo!

Excellent location right across from Kameoli Beach II. Shops and restaurants literally next door. Loved Cafe O’Lei, Moose McGillycufdys and the Cinnamon Roll. Condo was just as advertised and very clean. Plenty of Beach gear.
The bed was very comfortable. Condo is perfect for a quiet couple.

Very cozy place and so close to everything. Everyone that stays leaves a lil something to use on your vacation and I think thats amazing! Theres beach chairs, snorkel gear, umbrellas, coolers, floats, and much more!
It's set up to be a home away from home with cooking supplies and beach gear to use. With the windows open the house stays pretty cool so I never used the AC. The pay-to-use washing machines are located in the condo community. There is no hot tub but there is a little pool. Great location to walk to food and beach.
Nice property in a great location. No air conditioning in condo and it was 1000 degrees trying to sleep even with 3 fans pointed at us. NEVER. Again will we stay there.
Unit requires air conditioning for me to give a higher rating. It was hot and noisy (from all the fans).
Excellent location. All basic amenities are there. Bathroom and kitchen needs some upgrade. As there is no AC, We had to keep windows open in night. But sprinkles noise affected our sleep all night.
Location is excellent and unit has almost all the things you need except that there is no AC. It was very warm during the entire time we were there but we started to feel the cool breeze after 11pm. Overall, we were happy with our stay.
We had a great time and the owner was very responsive as we were confused as how we would get the keys.
