This condo is well loved and widely used. It was fully stocked with all the beach supplies you need. It was a close to the beach. The pool at The Palms was wonderful. However, this condo is one of the old units in the development. The traffic noise is constant and can be loud, so bring ear plugs. The DVD player was broken, the grill ignition didn’t work. The grill was dirty. The he dishwasher door is broken and will drop on your toes if you aren’t careful. The couch frame is broken. We didn’t use it as a pullout bed, but just sitting on it was awkward due to the broken frame. The downstairs had a mildew smell and there is a hole in one door. The snorkeling equipment has been used a lot, so some of it was broken. Definitely check the snorkels before you use them. We had some issues with housekeeping, but it sounds like they used a new company this week. I think a lot of these issues were just not known to the management team. When I let them know, Carl and Mark were quick to respond and remedy what they could. Overall, we liked the unit and loved our stay in Wailea, but this condo definitely needs some TLC.

Location was really excellent, we loved being close to Wailea shops, and sidewalks beach. It was very nice to have two separate bedroom spaces downstairs for our family, and there was ample beach towels/gear for us to use when we went out. Our only complaint was the traffic noise during the night - this property is very near the road and the windows are thin. Apart from that, this was a fantastic experience!

Our family had a great 3 week vacation staying in this condo. The suite was very spacious and had everything you needed for an at home experience. The beach is very close and within walking distance and if you didn’t want to spend all day at the beach, the pool is just steps away, up the hill. The Shops of Wailea was also a short walk of 11minutes if you wanted to get some shopping in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the Host was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend to friends and family and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thanks Mike.
