Overall clean, comfortable, and accessible. Well appointed amenities and such a lovely sunrise view each morning. Great location slightly tucked away near Poipu Beach and Koloa attractions.
Great location. The balcony is right on a small bay and you can feel like you’re on vacation and not even want to leave the balcony because it is so beautiful. Could easily walk to the Y Beach for a morning snorkel. Is adjacent to a very nice restaurant. Just in front of the property, you can sit and watch surfers for as long as you like. The condominium itself is just as pictured very well appointed.
Comfortable, quiet & beautiful ocean view, well equipped which we appreciate. TV was hard to manage; no pool, made the mistake of parking under a tree to return to bird droppings everywhere on the car, wouldn’t come off by just washing off with water, had to buy something to remove it.

Great location and relaxing.
Great location, clean, and nicely updated condo! My husband and I stayed 5 nights while we explored Kauai. The listing is completely accurate, which was appreciated!
Great condo on a wonderful island.
We had a great stay! The condo was well furnished and supplied by the owners. They provided a binder with information about the unit and the area (restaurants, activities, etc.) which was very helpful. The views from the condo were fantastic - we had a great time relaxing on the lanai watching the sea turtles. Evenings on the lawn of the complex were great for watching surfers and the sunset. We also appreciated the laundry facilities at the complex. We highly recommended this condo!

We totally enjoyed our visit. The location is wonderful. Breakfast on the lanai special. The condo is very well designed with plenty of space. It contains everything we wanted. All the amenities were there. We would love to return again.
Excellent location to explore the island of Kauai! The bed was very comfortable, shower hot, great view, close to two small beaches and all of the amenities that made our stay wonderful!
The condo was in a perfect location to shopping and restaurants as well as beaches that weren’t very busy. Would stay here again!
Great condo beautifully situated in the Poipu area. The condo was clean, accurately depicted and was well stocked. There were plenty of suggestions for local restaurants, activities and shopping. They even provided binoculars to watch the whales and turtles.

Very nice condo and right in the ocean. You can sit on the lanai and listen to the waves. We plan on going back in a couple years.
We just had the best time in Poipu, Kauai. If you are looking for a great, comfortable and functional place to stay, get to all the amazing natural sites (and Kauai has many), go to beautiful beaches, swim, snorkel, eat delicious food out or stay home and cook, have coffee with the turtles in the bay right in front of the lanai, every morning for sunrise, and watch the whales spout, (I even saw one breach one morning), and walk around the building for gorgeous sunsets, this is perfect place! They provided everything that one could want and it felt like home, clean, nicely decorated, functionl, excellent communication… I really enjoyed reading the book about the restoration of the building plus.Very interesting and showed the amount of work and care that was put into the project. We really enjoyed the unit. Great design, very well supplied with all one would need, loved hearing the surf. But it really does need a new bed/mattress. It was too soft and jiggled any time one of us moved. A small point: I would have a thinner bedspread rather than the quilt.
Very nice. Beautiful view and location. Unit could have been cleaner. Floors dirty and dust on everything. and didn’t appreciate the large dead bug under our sheets when we stripped the sheets. AC needs serving to clean it. We snapped photos of things that were broken and sent to owner. Loved having beach chairs , umbrella and coolers available.

Super comfortable condo right on the water. Could not have been a nicer stay. Amazing sunrises and sounds of the ocean. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. Will look forward to staying there again in the future.
We had booked a stay at this lovely condominium and unfortunately had to cancel prior to arrival. However, all communications we had with the host were excellent and he was very gracious in his interactions with us. I have no doubt that had we actually gotten to use the apt, it would have been lovely. And, we do intend on booking this location at a later date. Thank you
One of our favorite places to go. Have stayed at several similar properties. 204 was a great experience and ranked high on our list. Comfortable, very well equipped, excellent location, and beautiful ocean views. Wildlife, turtles, and beautiful sunrises. For outstanding sunsets recommend to take a chair to opposite corner of the property where there is a nice grassy area to watch from. Mahalo

A great way to end our vacation, sitting on the lanai listening to the surf and watching the turtles in the bay as the clouds drifted by. The rooms and accommodations were perfect.
We loved this place and will definitely return again. The unit is spotless and exactly as listed. The location was perfect for us as we liked to stay in the south part of Kauai and always found driving up to Princeville from anywhere near Lihue painfull.
The property was in great location for everything on the South end. It had everything we needed for our stay, and then some! The turtle watching from the lanai was an experience we will never forget.The property was very peaceful and staff was very friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at the Ocean Front Condo. The name does not lie...we saw sea turtles from the Lanai EVERY DAY!! We had no issues with check-in or communication and I love that we had a parking spot! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed from wine opener and blender to beach chairs and umbrellas! The complex was extremely peaceful. We spent most evenings sitting on the Lanai enjoying the sounds of nature and slept with the windows open listening to nothing but the ocean. Condo is located in a great location very close to shopping areas, amazing beaches and great restaurants. We will definitely stay here again! Mahalo!
