Everything about this condo is great. Free parking, across from the beach, short walk to the store and food truck… the list goes on. On site pool, friendly staff, grill on the property. A/c in all rooms which was great for us as Canadians. Loved the space and location! Thank you again!!
Great, except, circuit breaker kept popping. You would have to turn everything off to use one thing very annoying. Please fix this.
Overall the stay was good. Make sure set your bedroom AC units to no lower than 78 or the circuit breaker will kick in. Then you'll need to reset it at the electrical panel. Once we understood that the stay was fine.

The location was perfect. The condo had everything you could need for a short-term stay.The pool and grill area are convenient (although they were closed for 2 days of our stay for maintenance of the tile).
It is a beautiful property right on the ocean front. We would just sit on the balcony and enjoy the ocean and do nothing. And just couple minutes walk to everything.... restaurants, grocery, coffee shop.... And a well stocked unit. All attention is given to ensure we have everything we need including beach towels.
Wonderful location! You can watch the surfers from the balcony, and eat at the food truck garden right behind the property. The place has everything you'll need, Patty was delightful to work with. I highly recommend!!
We had a wonderful time staying in Patty’s lovely 2 bed/2bath apartment in Kihei. The location was excellent as we were across from the beach. We loved watching all the activity from our balcony when we were there. The apartment is very close to some very good beaches, lots of souvenir shops, close to a local grocery store (Foodland) and across from a park where people are playing volleyball or, walking biking running. We could see surfers from the balcony as well.Kitchen is well set up for meal prep in the apartment. We were very happy with the accommodation! Would definitely stay again.

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Centrally located made it easy to get to all of the activities and destinations we went to in making our perfect adventure! Price per day was very reasonable for family of 4. Would / will go back to this location on our next trip for sure.
We had an amazing stay. Place is very clean. Perfect view, ocean across the street. Rocky, but small place to swim on the right. Kitchen fully stocked. Beds comfortable. This place is not fancy but great price & like i said very clean. Everything you need for a great stay. Washer/dyer a big plus. Air conditioning in each room. Temperature was perfect inside. Communication with owner was so easy. She always responded & answered phone when i had questions. The only thing i would have liked was better beach chairs. One was broken, one kids chair and 2 heavy old beach chairs. They worked. But a couple of Costco chairs would be nice. And I’m sure owner would accommodate. She was lovely. ..I hope this review helps! Have a great stay. One thing i loved is one bathroom had 4 large towel racks for hanging bathing suits and towels. Seems like something little but helped

perfect stay.
Had to book this location for a last minute work project and we both were so glad this was available! The location right on the beach and next to multiple food options made the project time enjoyable and less stressful.
Patty's response time was incredibly fast and the resource information she provided once the the booking was completing made the check-in and check-out process seemless. The provided ammenties in the condo were much more than expected and very much appreciated!
The South Maui Garden nursey located directly behind the property is a must see! The food truck options are known to be the best on the Island and after trying all of them while staying there, it was agreed that you must check this garden area out!
Being able to watch sea turtles eat along the shoreline in the morning hours was a great experience and made for really good pictures.
Overall, this is a prime location in Kihei that I would strongly recommend anyone looking for a central location when visiting. Don't hesitate to reach out and make contact with Patty, she will make sure your taken care of! :)

Our stay at Maui Ocean View in Kihei was awesome! The check in process was a breeze. The place had a gorgeous ocean view and was conveniently located. We were close enough to Kihei to walk downtown and enjoy the restaurants and shopping. The place was spotless and the extra beach supplies are a nice bonus. If you stay, make sure you walk across the street to watch the sunset and see the turtles. We would stay here again!
The stay was beautiful weather was nice the property owner comminuted well. The air didn't work in living room but the bedrooms did
We had a great stay in Maui! The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem is the A/C in the living room wasn’t working the entire stay. They tried to get it fixed but the part they needed had to be ordered. She did give us a partial refund for the inconvenience which we appreciate. The location is perfect. Thank you for helping us bring family together.
Very comfortable unit with great view. It had everything we needed. Loved the location with beach across the street and food trucks and gardens behind the condo. The owner is very kind and responsive for any needs. Can't wait to come back!!
Positives:
In a central location next to beaches, grocery store, snorkel rental, and many restaurants. Communication with property manager is prompt. Bathroom, kitchen, and flooring is updated. Condo has all amenities including life jackets, beach chairs, and washer / dryer. AC units make it nice and cool.
Negatives:
Not nicest part of Maui. Condo building is a little dated. Windows are the type where outside noise is pretty loud. Certain things in the condo make it seem “drab” a little paint needed around windows, handwritten notes taped everywhere, cordless phone on the entertainment center, etc.
Overall, very good value for the price. I would consider staying here again.
We enjoyed our time in Kihei and this apartment had a great location.
The good: location, lots of food choices around the apartment, surf shops, nice kitchen to cook meals, nice bathrooms, many beaches within walking and short driving distance
Important items to know: the furniture and bedrooms are a little outdated and quirky. The beds were extremely hard.
Overall we had a good stay, 4.3 stars!

Great location for all aspects of a visit; close to shopping, eateries, beaches. View of the ocean allowed for easy whale watching. Enjoyed our visit
We were on the fourth floor and from our balcony we could see the whales breaching, blowing, bringing their babies to the surface and fin's slapping on the water! Every morning we sat there with our coffee's. The location was central to so many beaches and shopping areas. The food trucks set up behind our condo were awesome, whatever you were craving to eat, it was there.
The condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation, beach chairs to wine glasses...we used the BBQ's out by the pool too. The pool was clean and warm to swim and the pool area had shade, to sit and read. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were super clean. The fold out couch was good to sleep on too!
And Patty was available to help out if needed! She answered all questions we had for her.
Bonus for us was having a phone in the condo - family from home called us some evenings.

Best communication ever. Patty is very responsive and provides detailed information about the conso but also the area. This condo has all you need to stay in or use as a home base to explore.
The sunset views from the lanai and stunning. Walking distance to shopping and dining. We will rebooked when we return to Maui. Patti - Thank you for sharing this awesome condo with us.
