Great stay at this Ali’i Kai unit. Easy parking, very clean, useful kitchen, tons of space, comfy beds, beautiful views. The bose speaker was a great addition, and the beach chairs were very nice to use. All of the fans were useful to keep it cool. The only thing I would have liked is a deadbolt lock on the front door for security. It didn’t feel very secure and was confusing to make sure it was locked from the inside.
This is a great home base to explore the north shore. Although you can't walk to many places, the parking right at the condo is very helpful. Clean and well maintained with partial ocean views.

This was a very nicely remodeled condo- although some of the furnishings felt a bit formal and uncomfortable for an island vacation rental. Everything was very nice quality however and it was visually very attractive. Kitchen was stocked with the very basics- they could have used a cheese grater and soup ladle but the bare essentials were there. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was virtually non-existent for some reason, and there was no sprayer to clean the sink, so that was unhandy and a bit weird. Lanai is pretty small with no lounge chairs- just regular chairs and side tables, which is important to us but my fault I didn’t look more carefully when I was booking. Overall it was a very nice condo with good quality furnishings and kitchen items, was quiet and peaceful and in a great area for exploring. Location was really nice and we loved our time there.
The condo was nice. This one had a musty odor from the washing machine and we had to call the managements twice. I washer just needs a cleaner product ran through it. We showed that to the young man. Hopefully he had that done. The condo itself was excellent. We have stayed in Princeville 8 other times, yes, I would rent this one again.
Great condo and easy access to Hanalei, Napali. Quiet community- great sleeps. Very clean and beautiful views of the ocean. Only problem was the musty smell from the laundry area and the water pressure in the kitchen is a trickle. Overall an excellent property.
The unit was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. TY for the welcome chocolates. There were only 2 beach chairs for a unit sleeping 4 The unit does not have AC(which is disclosed prior), but it gets warm and requires you to keep the windows open and get woken up by the roosters at 4 AM. My main issue was the undisclosed rule of quiet time, beginning at 9 PM. Can’t have a normal conversation on the deck, use the TV at normal volume or use the washer/dryer. If you like to go to sleep at 9, this unit is for you. The permanent neighbors are sensitive to the 9 PM rule and will share their displeasure.

Our stay was relaxing and the lovely view of the ocean upon waking in the morning was wonderful.

We loved our stay! Place was a described. Close enough to what we wanted to see yet Far enough from any crowds!

Everything was exactly as explained in the description and we would definitely choose this condo again on our next trip.
Served my purpose of two bedrooms and bathrooms. Driving directions were difficult arriving at night. The apartment was open when we got there and there was no key and keypad did not work. No air conditioning got a bit getting used to as the open windows transmitted all the noise in the morning from outside.
