    Located on the popular Alii Drive, our True Oceanfront condominium looks out to Kailua Bay and beyond. From the Lanai, you can watch cruise ships tender their passengers to Kailua Pier, plus all the other harbor activities like parasailing. Watch the whales, dolphins and the night lights of Kailua-Kona from the lanai.

    Please note that Sea Village is Smoke Free, No Smoking is permitted anywhere on the property or in the unit or on the lanai and is strictly enforced.

    Unit 4213 is right on the ocean, in building 4 and on the second floor. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, range, microwave/hood fan and washer/dryer. Sea Village has wireless internet available to all users at no additional charge. The master bedroom with the ensuite has a queen size bed while the second bedroom has two twin size beds. There is a tv in the living room and one in the master bedroom.

    The complex has an Oceanfront swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub with lounge chairs and umbrella tables. There is also spacious rolling lawns with picnic tables and gas BBQ'S. The Green Flash Coffee Shop is right out front of the complex serving the famous Kona Coffee, breakfast and ice cream!

    From this spectacular condo you can walk to beaches and the historic Kailua-Kona village town about 1 mile away with it's great luau's, art galleries, jewelry shops, restaurants and pubs, dancing, water sports, boating, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing, boogie boarding and deep sea fishing....just about every water sport you can think of. Plus there are many fabulous golf courses in and around the Kona area.

    The unit does not have air conditioning but has ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms. Check In time is 4pm, Check Out is 10am, late check out or early check in is not available to give cleaners time for the next guests. Only minimum amenities supplied to get you started, ie soap, toilet paper etc.

    Everything was as described, lots of cooking utensils, good quality linens & towels and great to have beach gear available & extra things in the kitchen like a cheese grater and citrus juicer were appreciated. The Hawaiian coffee as a welcome gift was a huge bonus ! Only cons were that this condo really needs a deep clean to get 5 stars for me. Communicated this to owner upon check in, as I had to reclean toilets and kitchen was clearly only quickly surface cleaned, coffee pot was really caked with last guests remaining brew, door knobs on cabinets sticky etc and obvious finger prints and smudges on fridge and light switches. In corners, under furniture and behind doors, windows etc was also pretty filthy. Pros- location & views!!! Amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds. Felt very safe. Pool was very clean and never crowded, lots of beach chairs. Like other reviews it was hard to completely cool the condo down without having AC available, so more fans would really help! For light sleepers the master windows face the parking lot where the garbage and recycling units are located so it’s pretty noisy but we travel with a sound fan so it didn’t bother us too much. Would definitely stay again but next time would request a reclean upon check in if I found it this way again. There’s no good excuse with the hefty cleaning fees charged. A little attention to detail on the cleaning would do this beautiful unit more Justice !

    The property is beautifully set ocean front. The waves crash just below the deck. The kitchen is well-equipped. We could not get the TV to work and the property manager responded immediately. Our only negative about this place is that the contractors kept their equipment just outside the bedroom windows and began working very early and were very loud. Also the bedroom windows were difficult yo open and close.

    Lovely unit! Spacious, well-equipped and simply the finest view you can wish for. There is no A/C, so can be very warm and was during our visit. Alii Drive is very busy, so be prepared to move along slowly when leaving for the day! We thought there is plenty of room for a larger bed in the master bedroom. Otherwise, go enjoy a wonderful and comfortable vacation!

    If you’re looking for a condo to sit on the lanai and watch the sunset but no further. The sunsets were spectacular. On top of that the sound of the waves crashing against the seawall were meditative. Super close to town. Definitely a good find.
