TV usage was not easy at the beginning, even tough there was a instruction .AC would be an improvement, but not a must.Kitchen is very well equipped. Overall a very nice apartment which we always recommend!

We enjoyed our stay there. Very clean and comfortable for 4 people. Some days the chickens are crowing a lot but that’s part of the charm!!
Great walking neighborhood. It was within walking distance to the golf club which had a great breakfast too.The rental was clean and they had everything that we needed available.

This property was fabulous! The condo was, to our surprise, newly renovated and very nicely decorated. The property and gounds are stunning and the pool area was super clean, freshly painted floors and nice BBQ’s. The property manager Jeff was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the stay!
Apartment as described, very clean and close to lots of beautiful hikes! Good, fast communication from host. We had a bit of trouble finding the car park in the dark - but the host’s written instructions were accurate. Good value place for what we paid.
We enjoyed two weeks in Ali’i Kai. The condo is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The managers at Lotus Property Management were extremely helpful with a few little details, like bringing us an extra beach chair and contacting the onsite handyman when the door lock needed changing. The view of the mountains from the lanai is wonderful and there are ocean glimpses from the windows on the other side. The pool and grounds are well maintained and look nice all the time. Though the stairs might seem steep when you arrive with your luggage, it’s definitely an advantage to be upstairs both for the view and the clean lanai. Ground floor suites have to deal with what the geese leave behind! Princeville has pleasant walks on residential streets and along the golf course, but you are not in walking distance to the beach. Hanalei town js a short drive away and is a cute town with lots of shops and a gorgeous beach. The north shore is wetter than the south but green and beautiful.
Overall, good spot, easy access/check-in. It was clean and had basic kitchen and bathroom supplies, but dated. Location depends on what you are looking for. If you're wanting a more "resort" feel, it's good. If you want a more "local" feel, not so good.
The other reason it's only 4/5 was an experience with the management group. The dryer had some kind or brown/rust buildup in it that left marks on a handful of our shirts and shorts. We let them know as a heads up (not complaining or anything) and all we got was "thanks, we will schedule someone to look at it." Not that we were looking for any kind of compensation or anything, but a cursory response to potentially ruined clothes due to their old dryer left a bad taste.
This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this condo. It was even better than last year; clean, well stocked, fans in every room to keep you cool. Very convenient location near everything including the beautiful pool and BBQ grills. Still noisy, but that's Kauai. Bring a sound machine and you'll sleep like a baby!
We had such a great time. The unit was very clean and in beautiful area. Plenty of fans with no a/c we didn't really notice. Thank you for your hospitality, we would recommend to anyone!!
Fantastic property in beautiful location. We’ve stayed in Alii Kai before and love this area. The condo is well maintained with nice views of the mountains and peekaboo views of the water. Cross breeze is wonderful in this upstairs unit. Only had one issue with loose screens allowing flies and a few geckos inside, but we messaged the owner, and the screens were tightened/ replaced the very next day. No problems with any critters after that! The condo shows some wear (water damage on bathroom doors, countertops), but the price is affordable and it’s not really a big deal. Beds were comfortable. :)
