Really enjoyed our time on the north shore. Condo was nice and the view incredible. Convenient to Hanalei and beyond.

Really nice place, comfortable and clean. One draw back for me is no spices or condiments. Salt, pepper. small bottle of olive oil and some mirin. If you plan on cooking you might bring some supplies.
9 night stay with my husband and adult daughter, really enjoyed the condo/resort/Princeville location. Condo was as listed. Decent sized lanai with mountain, waterfall and ocean views. The two King masters with their own bathroom was awesome. Bedrooms were roomy (1 with a TV), lots of storage space and extra fans (ceiling and floor), beds were comfy. Really dim lighting in both bedrooms and living room though, couldn't read at night. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items, dishwasher and tablets, lots of storage. Great open floor plan. Loved the convenience of the laundry in the condo, a few pods provided. There is no AC but it's not needed. As long as the windows and the doors in the bedrooms were open the breeze was present and cooling. The problem we encountered was noise from the hot tub carrying over to the bedroom (can hear every word of the conversation). It's convenient to be adjacent to the pool but not a good thing at night. Quiet hours begin at 9pm but this was not the case for our stay. If you need to close the windows due to noise it will be uncomfortably warm, even with fans. Pool area is nice, filtered water dispenser available. Communication from the owners pre-trip was good. I was surprised there was no check in from them after we arrived. I did let them know some outlets in the kitchen were not working. Large cooler, umbrella and 2 beach chairs were provided. I was grateful for the 2 chairs but not enough for condo capacity.
We were first time travelers to Kauai. We are two adults and our 2.5 year old toddler. We had no issue accessing the property and we’re pleasantly surprised with Princeville, amenities at the property and the two-bedroom unit. We loved having in suite laundry - a huge help when you have a toddler and/or are on the island for any length of time. When I booked it, I was worried about it not having air conditioning but the three ceiling fans in the property and the proximity to the water meant that there was always a beautiful breeze blowing through the unit so we never felt hot, despite it reaching the upper 80s in temperature when we were there. The balcony is lovely to have coffee in the morning or afternoon cocktails. Overall, a spacious, clean and handy property, no issues or drawbacks, and all at a very reasonable price in comparison to other properties in the area. Thus, we recommend this property and we’ll be returning here next time we’re lucky enough to be in Kauai!!
Great location in Princeville, enjoyed quiet neighborhood walks and just a short drive to Hanalei. The property was clean and well appointed, would definitely stay there again.

Overall was great. Tv in bedroom didn't work or I couldn't figure it out. One outlet didn't work also in bedroom.
Towels smelt moldy, so I had to buy laundry soap and rewash them. Coffee maker was hard to read because the button descrption was all rubbed off.
Great dishwasher,great location , great lanai with a great view. located right by the pool. Great washer and dryer. King size bed super comfy.
Wish offered a mini cooler and some beach items.
We totally enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. It was nice to have a hot tub and grill available. We also appreciated having basic supplies like soaps, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dishwashing and clothes washing detergents available.

Very nice property. The couches were a little uncomfortable, but the beds were awesome. We didn't realize there wasn't air conditioning until we got there, but fans helped to make it manageable. Terrific view.
