Yes Maui is open!!! The fires devastated Lahaina on the west side but the rest of Maui is open and now hurting for tourists. I’ve lowered my rates to help bring people back to the island I love. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have. Upgraded ground floor Maui Vista Resort one bedroom condo #3104 is located in 'the quiet building'. . . the third building back from any Kihei Road noise. The solid maple cabinetry is custom made by Decora. The bathroom has the same Hansgrohe wallbar shower found in many 5-star hotels; the tub is slip resistant and has a grab rail fork your safety. Importantly, this is one of the very few Maui Vista units with air conditioning in BOTH the bedroom and living/dining/kitchen area and both units were replaced in 2016. No other unit has this much cooling power which you'll appreciate when the tradewinds slacken. Regular steam cleaning of all the carpets and furniture every 6 months. All of the furniture has been updated in 2015 and including a new chair, throw pillows and artwork in the living room December 2022. Plus we just updated the bed to a brand new King bed as of March 2022. As well the hot water tank was replaced with an on-demand tankless unit in spring 2019 for continuous hot water. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator and oven, microwave (updated in April2024) dishwasher ~ plus all the utensils, cookery and dishes you'll ever want. The stacked washer/dryer is closeted neatly away. There's also a coffee maker ~ even a hair dryer. Freshly painted November 2017 with the ceilings painted April 2023. Newly carpeted throughout (2016) this condo also has a ceramic tiled kitchen, bath and lanai. High speed cable internet access is provided at no cost. And, of course, a big screen cable TV (new smart tv April 2024)and a Blueray unit. Famed Kamaole Beach 1/Charlie Young Beach is directly across Kihei Rd. opposite building #1. There is a slight walk after crossing the road (maybe 100 yards to a staircase down to the beach.) I provide beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach towels. Going out for dinner? There are restaurants within easy walking distance from fast food to fine dining. The gas-fired BBQ, scrupulously cleaned each morning, is within 100 ft. of your entryway. One of three salt water swimming pools on the property is within 75 ft. of the lanai. For tennis, and now pickleball, there are six individually enclosed Plexipave championship courts (two per building) are just footsteps away. Racquet ...

Excellent location directly across from Charley Young and Kam I beaches. Quiet 3rd building in Maui Vista, away from traffic noise. Nice small pool a few steps from unit. Owner was very prompt and responsive. Could use some updating as follows: electric key pad door lock, replace main AC (old one is very noisy and runs nonstop, and is not energy efficient); replace old TV with a smart TV; replace umbrella on patio table with one that tilts to block the sun; new bedroom pillows; larger dresser. Also could use more bedroom closet storage given that owner’s storage containers take up 3/4 of the closet (including the locked side).

Great location, walking distance to beach and about 1/2 mile walking distance to restaurants and awesome food trucks. Unfortunately, the property was not throughly cleaned. The bedroom sheets and sofa pull-out had dirty sheets. We found towels, linens, and mop rags in the washing machine and dryer. There were no basics like: aluminum foil, sandwich bags, shampoo, body wash. These are items that I usually find when I rent properties for family vacations.

We loved this condo in Maui! It had absolutely everything we needed to be comfortable inside and at the beaches near by. Check in was a breeze and the property is in a great location on Maui. Would stay again!

Location is 2 minute walk from the beach and is in good proximity to restaurants, grocery stores etc. The unit has excellent a/c and all the amenities you’d need. Patti was very easy to reach and responds very quickly. The unit appears just like the photos and even though it’s a ground floor unit we did not have any issues with bugs! Thanks again Patti

We travel to Maui every February for the past 15 years except during the pandemic. This unit was fine, but could use a bit of extra care. The microwave turned on but did not rotate. The knobs on the stove had no markings so it was difficult to tell which were the low and high settings. There were no paring knives for cutting fruit, as well as no scissors. Nothing major and it was very comfortable--just somewhat minimal.
