In the complex there is a large swimming pool, hot tub and barbeque area close to the unit and available for your use. Also close by are plenty of bars and restaurants, world famous beaches great for swimming, surfing, snorkeling and standup paddleboarding.

My boyfriend and I loved our visit here, very convenient and cozy! Had everything we needed as a young couple! Loved taking a afternoon nap while it rained and petting the local kitty on the lanai! We’ll definitely be back at some point!

Everything was great, rhe upstairs tenants were inconsiderate however with there stomping on the floor at 4 in the morning, other then that it was great! Thank you!

It was just what we needed. The neighborhood was well kept, and beautiful. It was also conveniently close to local shops, and beautiful Hanalei Bay. We had no issues staying here, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking to visit Kauai!

This one-bedroom condo property, perfect for 2-3people, is centrally located within the Sandpiper condo development in Priceville and is lovely. It is well-appointed for both condo comfort and for exploring the island. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large fluffy towels and a roomy sink area, a very comfortable bed with a firm mattress, a large washer and dryer in the unit, a large lanai, and generous beach supplies: beach towels, paddleboards, bamboo mats, great beach chairs, full snorkle gear for two, games, books, and even rain ponchos!
The development has its own pool and is a relatively short walk to incredible ocean views as well as a lovely beach.

The apartment is part of a bigger one on the first floor that was divided into two for rent. You can clearly hear conversations from your neighbors like all live in the same house. It is clean and organized but you should expect that this is an old apartment. It is very cool during our stay so no AC is needed. It is close to the queen’s pools so this is a plus. However, I would try a different one if I visit Kauai again. Kauai is a bit behind Maui and Big Island in terms of quality of service. You paid more for less!

Bob and Heide provided a great to base for our adventures. It was as advertised, the condo came with everything we needed and provided toys for ocean beach fun. The only suggestion I have would bring your own can opener!! Michelle and John Kelly, from AZ.

We love the Princeville area. This was a nice cozy place to stay. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs provided.

This condo was exactly like the picture advertised. It had everything we needed to cook in. I was very clean. The snorkel gear, beach towels, and boogie boards were a plus.
Its location near Annini Beach is ideal for peaceful swim, snorkel, or just laying on the beach. The near reef keeps waters calm for safer snorkeling and would be perfect for paddle boards. There is a lot to do in the immediate area.
