This was a “no frills” type of place but knew it would be at the price point. I felt like it was an incredible value - the location alone makes it unmatched and we had absolutely no complaints with the service and comfort of the unit. Would recommend!
We loved staying at this room. It was perfectly located near the beach and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Very quiet and cozy.
Love the walkability of the area, and how close it is to literally everything. The staff were super helpful and patient. The room itself had a little wear and tear, but it had everything we needed and more.
Would definitely come back.

We loved every bit of it, we were barely in the room because we were so busy doing whatever our Birthday boy wanted to do! Last day before we checked out, we got to actually spend time before we left the facility! Would book here again! Loved that it was right next to the zoo, we got ti walk across the street after eating breakfast at denny’s. It was all top tier for us! Our first time as a family to travel & celebrate our boy! Didnt really need to talk to Mark during our stay because everything was perfect, but before we even flew in, he was very good at communicating!
This small but cozy apartment was perfect. we had spent a week in a hotel and wanted to extend out stay. this location is absolutley perfect, The park is adjacent to the property, the zoo across the street. The pier, a n area in the ocea that is a safe place to allow children to swim without fear of getting too far out.
The area has an elevator that make it easy to access the floors, a laundry in the basement, and a sun deck on the roof that has the most beautiful view of the mountains and ocean. Thank you for an afordable safe place to spend our additional week in Wakiki.

Everything was just as described. Pretty basic, simple checkin/out process, they were quick to respond to any requests or questions I gad during my stay. Highly recommended.

This was a good stay. Loved the location, the price and the size was reasonable. Only reason it wasn’t an excellent stay was the blinds in the room don’t block the beaming lights from outside. It was pretty bright at night while trying to sleep. Switch out those terrible worthless blinds and it’s five stars all around. The accordion door to the bathroom was a pain too.
Make sure you go up to the 10th floor patio, beautiful views of Diamond Head and the beach.
Renting process is simple

Renting process is simple
The location of the place is stellar. The beach and zoo are across the street. You’re right on one end of the Waikiki strip so it’s super convenient.
The unit itself was one of the worst places I’ve stayed. It was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There were urine splatters in the bathroom and food splatters in the kitchen. Gross. The bed frame was missing slats so the bed sagged terribly. The window curtains were missing slats so the room was lit all night. The welcome book said to ask if you wanted beach chairs or toilet paper. We asked and those things were not provided. The bathroom door is completely broken so there is no privacy in the bathroom. This unit was like staying in a run down hostel when I was young. The photos were misleading. We complained and after a day were told we could be moved to a different and better property (which we had already booked for week two). We declined because we wanted the central location. We were told the items could not be fixed immediately which made no sense to me as They were not hard items to fix. We received a discount which was not large enough and requested the cleaning fee to be returned since the unit was dirty - we even had to rewash the dishes. We did not get that refunded. I didn’t feel the property manager cared much about making things right. If they fixed all the items listed (plus the hole in the bathroom wall) then the unit would be totally adequate. It’s a basic studio not a luxury place and that’s fine. But I expect even a basic unit to be clean with working doors and bed and window coverings. The building itself is nice, pool nice, gay bar/restaurant on second floor is nice. Building staff nice. Parking available for a few which was convenient.

My partner and I stayed here for a week. We wanted a place close to the beach that had enough of a kitchen that we could make some meals in our room. This condo was exactly what we needed. Very close to the beach, and the tiny kitchen is quite functional.
There's a different sofa than what's shown in the photos which is a nice upgrade. Also, the manager is great about quick responses if you need anything. The bed wasn't super comfy, but it was OK. It's not a fancy place, but it's clean and safe and super convenient which is all we needed.
I'll add that the hotel won't let you borrow beach chairs or other beach equipment since this is a private rental, but there are plenty of affordable options if you want something like that.

Weird dirt on the ceiling. Walls were gross. Bathroom was gross. Would not recommend. Tried to switch rooms but management wasn’t there in the mornings. Left early! This room sucked.
