Very good. Good location just out side of Waikīkī but right in Waikiki
This was a fantastic location for our vacation. Check in is very simple, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s one of our favorites and we hope to stay here again in the future.
Very nice little place. The beach is a super easy walk right across the street. I needed a place within walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was perfect. I'd stay here again, especially if you're looking for convenience and budget friendly.
Nice view, comfortable stay
The unit was well sized for a party of 2. It was great to have an equipped kitchen, including 2 mini fridges. The bathroom door could offer some more privacy, and the hotel staff could be nicer. Otherwise, the room itself was great.
Prime location at one end of Waikiki Beach. Close to walk the strip, grab the Waikiki Trolley (highly recommend!), or even rent a car. Clean and spacious studio with all that you need. A great resting space after a full day of activities.
Loved the proximity to the beach. Unit was quieter than expected.
Every step prior to staying here was so easy, and then check in and check out were even easier.
This property is incredible, as is the building itself. The 10th floor sundeck has the most amazing view of Lé'ahi (Diamond Head) and the gorgeous aqua ocean, plus an added bonus you can see the fabulous bright pink flamingos in the zoo across the street. Make sure to go to Hula's for a drink, a chat and some fun. All of the staff within the building were friendly and helpful 🌺
Great room Great locationParking was an issue at times - trucks would be parked in our paid for assigned spot and we had to wait for them to move -2 times.
Will definitely book this suite again, definitely listed correctly on website. Beach was right across the street and area w.as not overly congested.

Perfect location close to the beach. Clean and well stocked with towels, toiletries, and dishes. The sundeck on the 10th is wonderful to watch the sunset.
Excellent location, just a short walk to Waikiki Beach, shops, dining, park, zoo, aquarium. It is an older building but very clean and quiet. The rooftop sundeck is outstanding for views of Diamond Head, the beach and sunsets. Our suite was well appointed with kitchen needs, plenty of towels, couch, TV, beach chairs and a large shower.
Truly enjoyed everything about our stay from ease of communication with the hosts to the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment. Centrally located to everything!! Will definitely be back.
Loved the location, the beach is one minute away. The rooftop deck is perfect for morning coffee watching the waves. Away from the busiest part of Waikiki, but shopping and restaurants right around the corner. Would have liked more storage for the 3 of us but in a studio that’s typical. Would also have appreciated more dishes, glasses, and food containers for leftovers but we made do. Overall we really enjoyed the place and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
Nice, clean, efficiency apartment with a great price! Across from the zoo, close to the beach and Waikiki strip. Felt safe and walked to the beach everyday. Lots of food choices nearby and the 10th floor patio has great views.

Great location, walkable to everywhere. Very clean. Small pool. Owner very responsive and easy to contact. Had a medical emergency at the airport and the owner was able to allow us an early check-in

The pool area could use some upgrading but the beach is right there!!!
