We had such a nice time at the beach villas. We had no idea what to expect but were so pleasantly surprised. It's a perfect size for a family and the property is incredibly well-maintained.
First off Sherry and Neal went above and beyond to accommodate us, and my husband forgot his backpack/work laptop and they went to the post office the same day and mailed it!! I am truly so appreciative for this.
The property was great. Beds and linen were very comfortable. Only complaint about the interior would be master shower smelt very strong of mildew, the bathtub however was great. The dryer didn’t work well with even the smallest load. We opted to just wait on laundry until returning home.
The pools/hot tub were spectacular and the grounds were very well kept. Enjoyed using the gym as well. Definitely a place we would return. 10 out of 10 for the check in process and especially to the property manager Sherry and Neal. Thank you!!
We spent the Christmas holidays here with our daughter and teenage grandchildren. Plenty of room, excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and market. Beach is just steps away, beautiful pools and live the Tiki Hut for drinks. Sherry and Neil were very attentive to our needs. Would definitely return.

Great stay at this property. Very responsive to small things and took care of small issues in a timely manner. Had toys for the kids to play with and more than enough beach items for the whole family. Would stay here again.
This property is exquisite and worked absolutely perfect for our family gathering. The entertainment area was spacious and accommodated us perfectly.

Luxury villa in perfect location for memorable family vacation. Never a crowd on the resort beach, or pools. Far enough from the city to get away from the crowd yet close enough to drive in to Pearl Harbor and Waikiki Beach. Waterfront walk path to nearby resorts (whose beaches and pools were much busier and crowded) for shops, restaurants. Walked to Market area daily for island vintage coffee shop ,island foods, etc. Sunsets on the rocks watching the waves crash in ,quiet time on the lanai, swimming/snorkeling in lagoon and hiking were favorite activities for our group. We saw a lot on the island and agreed that we had chosen the perfect home base.
We had a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The condo is great for families and we enjoyed lots of beach and pool time. We would definitely rent again. Sherry and Neil were so welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed
Ko Olina Beach Villas are in a beautiful resort location. This condo was well-equipped with everything we could need. The hosts (Sherry and Neil) gave a wonderful welcome and great tour of the property and accommodations. They were very thoughtful in how they greeted our family. We would love to stay here again if we're back on Oahu. Mahalo!
