The studio is located just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki, world class shopping and dining.
The unit is remodeled, fully equipped studio condo with one full bath. Comfortable Queen size bed and mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.
There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has AC, free wifi, wall mounted LCD TV.
You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the ocean and Kapiolani Park.
Have your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views.
You will also have access to the large sundeck with panoramic views on the 10th floor, a large laundry room in the basement, private pool and 24 hour front desk and security and boarding pass printing station.
There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.
Award Winning Teddy’s Bigger Burger is located on the first floor of the building, Starbucks to pick up your morning coffee is just steps away.
There are also many equipment rental shops to pick up snorkeling gear as well as a surf school. ABC and other convenience stores are just minutes away.
The neighborhood:
Outdoor activities are countless from this location. Restaurants and international shopping are bountiful nearby. Fast food to award winning dinning are all walking distance. Enjoy the unique Kapahulu Avenue for dinning and shopping with the locals. Hawaiian food, Hawaiian artifacts and Hawaiian clothing are all available withing walking distance. Two blocks from the public library and a botanical garden and a short distance to Diamond Head Theater or the Saturday Farmer's Market at Kapiolani Community College.

Location- there is no better location than this!!!
For me, I felt embraced by the heart of Oahu, soothing sounds, smells and sights!!!
How lucky for me hearing the sounds of the animals at the Zoo and music from the restaurants and bars and all the happy people
strolling by !!
The Condo was perfect for me and the mattress

Nice little place on the 4th floor at the Waikiki Grand Hotel. Our only complaint would be the amount of noise but I'm not sure the owner/host can do anything about that. The street noise is really loud and then the bar on the 2nd floor fires up from 9pm to 2am-- so prepare yourself for the club thumping.

Beautiful views of Diamond Head from the balcony and beach. Short walk to the beach one ocean with a Starbucks on the corner across the street from the beach. Who could ask for anything more.

Was clean and bed super comfortable. The only issue we has was the bar two floors below. The music was loud and the bass boom boom boom was kind of annoying but other than that it was great!

Very easy to get to everything in Waikiki! The property needs some work but the views off the sundeck are amazing and the staff at the bar on the second floor are very nice and provide great service.

This property was just perfect for us! Bed is comfortable, kitchenette was great for light meals and snacking, AC was cold. All very clean. The greatest advantage this property has is it's location. The view of Diamond Head from the balcony is awesome. The beach is steps away. Bus stops are very close by and dining and shopping can all be found within walking distance. It was great being here!

Great location. We took the bus almost everywhere, very easy access. Having the balcony and kitchen were both wonderful. There is an open air bar two stories below. We enjoyed having the evening backdrop of music, but very light sleepers may need to close the balcony door and turn on the air conditioner to sleep.

The property looked even better than in the photos and we were very impressed by how immaculately clean it was. It is very tastefully decorated and everything we needed during our stay was thoughtfully
provided for. The location was great since we could walk everywhere in Waikiki and plenty of good restaurants were close by. We were also grateful to have the wonderful kitchenette so we could have our breakfasts out on the balcony. I would certainly highly recommend this property to anyone who might be looking for a great place to stay in Waikiki.

Literally so close to the beach and diamond head. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the Hawaiian sunsets on our downtime. Definitely coming back here to stay next time we visit Oahu :)

This is a nice fixed up place! Literally a minute from the beach and several general stores and great restaurants/bars. The bed was comfy and the location had almost everything we could need for the short stay we had. Anything else needed was moments away.
My suggestion, DO NOT hesitate to get a parking stall or figure out parking. I ended up parking 3/4 of a mile away. Also for check in you can just park on the street and throw on the hazards to unload.
There is a nightclub below that is open till 2am, but we didn't have too much issue with noise. But it is there if you are a sensitive sleeper (I am, just used earplugs for sleep).
The view of Diamond Head and the zoo and the 10th floor observation deck all amazing.
