Located in a quiet resort community offering a peaceful, local feel away from resort congestion. Most beaches and activities are a short 5–20 minute drive. A rental car is strongly recommended.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and the private backyard.

Should you need anything during your stay, we are just a message away.
1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $700 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Take shoes off before entering the property.

6) Pets are permitted in the house. You must clean up after your pet and keep them off furniture.

7) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed.

8) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

11) No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.

12) Turn off any electronics/lights when you leave the house.

13) A late checkout fee of $50 will be applied to anyone that leaves the property at 11:30 or later on day of checkout (unless previously approved in writing from Nomad).
