Welcome to The Poipu Penthouse: a rare top-floor residence at the Prince Kuhio Condominiums and one of only two penthouse units in the entire complex. Villa 402 offers a truly unique stay in Poipu, featuring one of the largest lanais in the area located just outside the unit, where you can take in sweeping ocean and mountain views.
This north-facing penthouse looks out toward the mountains with ocean views to its sides, creating a peaceful and scenic setting throughout the day. Inside, the open layout is surrounded by windows that capture approximately 180-degree views of the ocean and mountains, filling the space with natural light and island beauty. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfortable living and dining areas, two bedrooms; one king bed and one queen. Along with one full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower (no tub). An in-unit washer and dryer is also provided for convenience.
While the Poipu Penthouse does not have central or split air conditioning, two portable AC units are available. Thanks to its top floor location, the condo often stays naturally breezy when the trade winds are flowing simply by opening the windows.
Prince Kuhio Condominiums is set in one of Poipu’s most scenic locations. Just across the street is the ocean where you can watch waves roll in, spot sea turtles, and enjoy both sunrise and sunset views steps from the property. Lawai Beach, known for snorkeling, is just a short walk away, along with several popular surf breaks and Baby Beach, which offers calmer waters. The complex also sits beside Prince Kuhio Park, adding to the open and tranquil feel of the area. Directly across the street is the iconic Beach House Restaurant, one of Poipu’s most celebrated oceanfront dining destinations, and nearby you’ll find Longs Drugs for everyday essentials along with shopping and dining at The Shops at Kukuiula just a short drive away.
During your stay, you’ll have full access to the community swimming pool (open until sunset), tropical garden areas, and BBQ space.
