Peak-a-Boo Ocean views, Pools, Laundry, Free Parking! Centrally located in quiet North Kihei, our condos are the perfect location for your extended family and friend getaway!
Two beautifully remodeled condos - just steps from the beach - are tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet remain close to everything. Whether you want to explore everything Kihei has to offer or enjoy a quiet night in, these condos are the perfect place for you and all your friends! And it’s only a 20 minute drive from the airport!
PLEASE NOTE:
This listing is for TWO condos. They are separate units NOT adjacent to one another but two buildings apart (see ariel photo). The price is for BOTH units.
Each condo features:
*2 Bedrooms, 2 baths (4BEDROOMS & 4 BATHROOMS TOTAL)
*3 beds (6 TOTAL)
----2 kings and 1 queen sofa sleeper in one unit
----1 king, 1 queen, and 1 queen sofa sleeper in the other
-Room for up to 12 guests (14 if two are infants in pack n plays)
-Pack N Play provided for infants (one in each unit)
-Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom
-Air Conditioning
-Free Wifi
-Free Parking (ONE assigned space per condo)
-Fully stocked kitchen
-A closet full of beachside essentials
-A community swimming pool
-An outside shower to rinse off the sand from a fun day at the beach! (Please do not track sand into the units)
-Both units are located in small boutique complexes of only 10 & 6 units each, which means the pools and BBQ area are never busy!
-An onsite laundry center in one unit ($1.50/load) and in-unit laundry in the other.
-Easy access to everything in Kihei and only a 20 minute drive to the airport
Important facts:
-Both units are second-floor units WITHOUT an elevator
-The onsite laundry center costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. Laundry is in unit and free in one of the units.
-Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. For guests with children, it is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times.

-Quiet Hours are from 10:00PM to 7:00AM (please be respectful to our neighbors)
