****This listing is for TWO condos: Condos are right next door to each other.
--Condo #1 is a 2 bedroom condo with a California King in each bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
--Condo #2 is a 1 bedroom condo with a California King in the bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
*Each condo also has a pack n play for infants.
-Max occupancy of 2 bedroom condo is 6 each unit (or 7 if one is an infant)
-Max occupancy of the 1 bedroom condo is 4 (or 5 if one is an infant)
-ALL are second-floor units WITHOUT an elevator
-Parking - There are TWO reserved parking spaces. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you will need to find street parking.
-The onsite laundry center costs $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry.
-Children are welcome in our unit, but be aware the condo is NOT baby-proofed and there is NO LIFEGUARD at the pool. For guests with children, it is your responsibility to supervise your children at all times.
