Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.

Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blanket are in the closet.
Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.
This condo comes with a parking pass that will let you in and out of the secured, covered parking garage. There is also an electronic lock on the door for 24-hour access and you don`t have to worry about losing your keys!
The Waikiki Banyan parking height restriction is 6 feet 2 inches. However, cars that are over 6 feet in height, such as Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe (most large SUV) cannot be parked on the 2nd floor or above. Since the ground floor parking spaces for large cars are very limited, we strongly suggest to rent cars that are 6 feet or under. We cannot be responsible if you have cars that are over 6 feet in height, and all ground floor parking is taken. Thank you very much for your understanding.

Please note that a $500 fine will apply for any violations of this policy. If building management issues a citation to us as owners and hosts, we may escalate the matter for further action. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and safe environment.
For the safety and security of all our guests, we may request a copy of valid ID for each arriving guest after the reservation is confirmed. This measure helps ensure a secure and trusted environment for everyone.

We would like to inform all guests that the recreation deck and all associated amenities at Waikiki Banyan will be closed for the duration of a scheduled construction project.

During this period, amenities such as the pool, BBQ area, and other deck facilities will not be accessible. While we strive to maintain a comfortable stay, please note that there may be construction-related noise and activity during the project timeline.
