Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, hand towel, beach towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet, two flat sheets and a blanket. Linens for the sleeper sofa are on the sofa mattress, pillows and blankets are in the closet.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide beach toys, coffee, condiments, seasonings, zip-lock bags.
