Our studio is located in the vibrant neighborhood of Waikiki, just steps away from the beach and all the excitement of Honolulu. But if you`re looking to chill at `home`, we`ve got you covered with *free high-speed WiFi* throughout the apartment and building, ensuring you stay connected to the world outside your tropical oasis.

KITCHEN AREA:
The *fully-equipped kitchenette* is a dream for quick bites and light meals. It`s stocked with a fridge, cooktop, and all the essentials, like a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, and k-cupp coffee. Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking their reservation, and at least 14 days prior to check-in time listed in the email confirmation. The guest also is able to cancel 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund of their nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee, but they will be charged for the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in or leaves early after check-in they will be charged for the full rate of the initial booking.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers prepaid and non-refundable expenses, as it provides protection against unforeseen circumstances that could potentially impact your vacation plans. ***Please be informed that the building management follows a mandatory water shut-off schedule every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9am-12pm only to give way to maintenance services.
