Parking:
You do not need a car in Waikiki. There is so much to do within a mile radius, so it really is walkable. However, if you`d like to rent a car to go around the island, we have a paid parking lot at the hotel. It is $40 + tax a day, which includes unlimited in and out access. Please notify the front desk that you would like to park. You can also rent a car at- Drive Hui (hourly/daily), it`s 3-minute walk and you can save money for the parking! Prices subject to change, kindly check office/FD for updated rates and terms.
Check Out Cleaning:
The cleaning fee includes professional cleaning with sanitization of the unit; professional laundry of linens and towels and restocking of amenities after each departure.
There will be an extra charge if excessive cleaning is necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
Linens and towels:
We provide one set of towels (bath towel, beach towel, wash towel, and hand towel) per guest. Beds are equipped with a fitted sheet and a quilt.

For added comfort, noise-canceling earplugs can help ensure a restful stay. If you have online meetings or need a quieter environment, noise-canceling headphones can also be useful.

Airbnb Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking their reservation, and at least 14 days prior to check-in time listed in the email confirmation. The guest also is able to cancel 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund of their nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee, but they will be charged for the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in or leaves early after check-in they will be charged for the full rate of the initial booking.
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers prepaid and non-refundable expenses, as it provides protection against unforeseen circumstances that could potentially impact your vacation plans. This insurance safeguards your investment and helps mitigate any unexpected expenses that may arise.

Since our units are privately managed through Airbnb, the front desk does not officially accommodate parcel deliveries on our behalf. To ensure a secure delivery, we highly recommend shipping to the nearest parcel station provided by your chosen carrier and arranging for pickup directly from them. Please note that we are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged parcels.
