Waikiki is vibrant and full of energy is steps away from world-class beaches, shopping, and dining. As with any lively city, occasional street sounds are part of the experience. For extra comfort, we recommend noise-canceling earplugs or headphones if you’re working remotely or need quiet time.

Kindly note: In accordance with Hawaii state law, the Transient Accommodation Tax (TAT) rate will increase from 10.25% to 11% starting January 1, 2026. For reservations after this date, an additional 0.75% tax adjustment will apply. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with this change.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is free if the guest cancels within 48 hours of booking their reservation, and at least 14 days prior to check-in time listed in the email confirmation. The guest also is able to cancel 7 days prior to check-in for a 50% refund of their nightly rate, as well as the cleaning fee, but they will be charged for the service fee. If the guest cancels less than 7 days prior to check-in or leaves early after check-in they will be charged for the full rate of the initial booking.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers prepaid and non-refundable expenses, as it provides protection against unforeseen circumstances that could potentially impact your vacation plans. This insurance safeguards your investment and helps mitigate any unexpected expenses that may arise.
