NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2025. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today in 2024. Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 10 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
Children under 5 do not count towards 10 people.

The home boasts two Primary Suites, on separate floors.
Downstairs Primary Suite #1: Has a King bed, private ensuite and walkout to a spacious lanai.
Upstairs Primary Suite #2: Currently has 2 Queen Beds with a private ensuite with walk in shower.
(The room will soon be update with a King bed some time in April)
Bedroom 3: Has a 2 Queen Beds and private lanai access with a Ping Pong Table
Bedroom 4: Currently showing two twin beds - The bedroom has full over full bunk beds and a twin bed.
This room also has access to the downstairs lanai and back yard.
The spacious, open-concept main floor features a beautifully designed kitchen, dining area, great room, and expansive lanai with a high-end grill.
New Pottery Barn furnishings are on their way for the main great room, dining area, and lanai, bringing a fresh, stylish touch to these spaces.
The great room provides the perfect setting for unwinding—whether you're playing games, listening to music on the soundbar, watching the game, or enjoying a movie.
The elegant new dining table comfortably seats 8 guests, with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island.
The upper lanai, complete with a barbecue, connects to the great room through sleek glass pocket doors that effortlessly slide away, creating an open, seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living. With seating for 8 at the outdoor dining table and new, comfortable club chairs, the lanai offers a perfect space to relax.

We love building really big sand castles. Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you'll find:
• Comfortable beach chairs, beach mats, umbrellas, sand toys and sandcastle making equipment, and more!
• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic
Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club, exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun.
For those with children:
Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to lug all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do:
One of the biggest perks is the nearby Recreation Center. It spans nearly 2+ acres, including a lap pool, children's pool and large freeform pool with separate hot tub. The center also includes a work out building (not room) with free weights and the latest weight machines. This building has men's and women's locker rooms with granite sinks and showers. Access is included for our guests!
You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just two miles away. Excellent snorkeling in calm waters!
A short drive away are the six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
There is a shopping mall within walking distance with a small gourmet market (Foodland), with deli, freshly made sushi and bakery.
There are a number of fine restaurants and shops, including Tommy Bahamas, as well as lighter fare at Kimo Bean Coffee and Juice 66.
