Our stay at Beach Villas was absolutely delightful! We stayed for a week with our two boys and my parents and it was perfect for giving everyone the right amount of space and things to do. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed so we were able to feel at home with cooking dinners and sipping wine on the lanai in the evenings. There were lots of beach toys/supplies (boogie boards, beach chairs, pool noodles, scuba gear) as well as a big beach bag, a wagon, fluffy beach towels, and a cooler. The pools and lagoons are fabulous and entertaining for our 9 and 10-year-old boys. The walking paths and outdoor spaces are super easy to access for aging parents and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Cherie, the local host, was very responsive and lovely and the entire place exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back.
Our family and friends loved the condo and all the amenities the property had at the beach villas on our first trip to Hawaii! The property manager did a great job with helping us feel welcome on arrival. The beach villas staff were nice and professional. The beds were comfy, the patio furniture was great for looking at the beach, and even beach items like towels, a cooler, chairs, and a wagon were provided. We had the best time and our kids said it felt like home. Mahalo!

We enjoyed our stay and the house was in great condition and clean. We would stay there again. The location is close to the bay beach and we saw a beautiful sunset there. The cape is my favorite place.
This is a lovely home with an outdoor shaded deck in the backyard. It has an excellent outdoor shower! We enjoyed staying there and enjoyed getting to know the area.

This place was great!! The cottage was so cozy and has everything you need to feel right at home. The cottage was so clean and the property was nice too. It’s in a great location, so close to Campground Beach, restaurants and local shops. It’s also a short drive to the National Seashore. My mom and I can’t wait to stay again!! Thanks!
Great house with a cute cottage vibe. The house was immaculate, kitchen well stocked, and location was convenient to both ends of the Cape. The best part was that the power stayed on during the nor'easter! I would definitely rent again.
A nice place to stay for a fall trip to the Cape. Quiet, walking distance to the beach and easy in/out to explore other parts of the Cape. Very clean. Spacious living room and kitchen. Bedrooms are small but adequate.
The cottage was exactly how you imagine a Cape Cod cottage should look. The area was quiet and the beach was easily accessible. The owners were very considerate.
This is the perfect place to come home to relax when you’re tuckered our from all your Cape activities. Mid cape location was perfect for access to attractions at both ends. The complete remodel is beachy adorable and the house was nice and clean. The kitchen has plenty of space and all the supplies to cook a nice meal together. Loved relaxing in the living room together by the fireplace with a glass of wine before bed. The beds were comfortable. All of the girls loved the place so much we’d love to come back again.
The cottage was great, and I enjoyed being within walking distance of Campground Beach. The owners were very nice and had restored the cottage beautifully.
After many summers of spending a week in Eastham, we were unable to return to our old house this year as it was sold. Fortunately we were able to find a new cottage on Campground Road which was affordable and able to meet our needs. This cottage is well designed, bright, brand new and sparkling clean. All the appliances work and the kitchen is beautiful. The beach is a short walk from the house so several trips back and forth during the day was no problem. If you’re up for a longer walk, Nauset ice cream is close and delicious. My friends and I definitely plan to come back.
This home is a fantastic rental. 3 beds, one large bath [with laundry!] and an enormous eat in kitchen. Plus a dining room and spacious and gracious living room w/fireplace. The living, dining and kitchen all have vaulted ceilings and beautiful beam work. Brand new inside and out with 2 decks and a spacious yard with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed out time here and would definitely stay again.
This renovation was done to perfection! Love it.
