Excellent.
Condo was clean. Very minimum amount of supplies...no salt and pepper, no spices. Would have been nice if there was more than 2 beach chairs. Living room couch and chairs were not very comfortable. Location was ideal.
very well kept unit - as per photos, added in unit were pool towels x 4, beach chairs x 2, beach umbrella, 2 kids boogie boards and 1 adult boogie board, no laundry detergent was in unit although it was supposed to be there and limited toilet paper and paper towel for a 1 week stay. There were some roaches when we arrived too. Great location and otherwise very clean.
First let me say, the condo is very nicely decorated and in a great location. My disappoints started way before arriving and was with the managing company Grand Welcome, Not a great first impression. Beware of this company's Cancellation or Change Policy, it is strict and unreasonable. My experience is a long story, but had a simple solution. The day after I made my reservation with Grand Welcome I wanted to adjust my departure date, I had vrbo text messages with them regarding the change request which I thought was taken care of months before my arrival. Two months later I am charged the balance of my stay which was still over 8 weeks away, the balance was for my original dates and not adjusted to my new dates. Several phone calls with Grand Welcome and VRBO, I was left with no help or adjustments of my stay and of course the cost! I have spent years coming to Hawaii, renting condos and have never had this treatment that Grand Welcome put upon me. I will make sure I never rent from this property managing company again. It is a shame because the condo was nice! I wonder if the property owner is aware of Grand Welcome's lack of customer service, I hope so now.
One other grumble, We rented this condo for 3 weeks, upon arriving we were provided 2 rolls of tp (good luck buying some during our Covid stay), one roll of paper towels, two tissue boxes with 3 tissues left, 3 dishwasher pods, no clothes detergent, 3 garbage bags, no shampoo and the smallest mini sized personal soaps for the sinks. Remember we were staying 3 weeks!
I hope this will help the owner look at how he can make his guests more comfortable in the future and that he takes a serious look at his management choice.
We loved the condo as it was very clean, modern, nicely decorated and in a great community close to King and Queens mall. Pool and barbecues close by. We would stay here again.

We spent a week in this condo. it is very comfortable and conveniently located. Lovely large lanai with seaview, close to pool.
Great condo for a couple to stretch out in and has a great lanai.
Bed was comfortable and very close to King's Shops.
We enjoyed this property because it was in a convenient location. We had a few different visitors and it fitted for all. The small problems were the slowness of not water coming, there were a couple of light bulbs that were out and we couldn’t find replacements. Everything else was great.
