Our group of 4 adults and 1 teen had a terrific time at this property. It was a breeze to check-in while my husband parked the car. Jen helped bring the luggage to our room and showed us around the space. There was an issue with the sliding doors and someone was there to fix it within 15 minutes. The unit had everything we needed to relax at the lagoon (beach chairs, towels, boogie boards). The kitchen was well stocked and there are multiple grocery stores nearby. There is also a small market within walking distance. The pools and beach bar were a great way to relax after sightseeing. We had 7 perfect nights! SO WORTH IT!!!
This rental offers everything you can possibly want; a great location, awesome views, every amenity to resemble your home. Every detail was thought of from the televisions offering streaming capabilities from your phone or tablets to bbq spices and utensils to cook with. They have a washer and dryer in the unit, but the dryer does not live up to its name so we had to air dry it. There were a couple of other things we can knit pick but overall the unit made our stay overlook these. This was great for families and we would totally stay here again!
Our stay was wonderful, it is a beautiful location. The carpets were a little dirty looking but other than that everything was very clean. The washer and dryer don’t work the best but they did ok.
We stayed at the Ko Olina condos and the location really is great peaceful, family-friendly, and far from the Waikiki crowds. The lagoons are perfect for swimming and relaxing, and the grounds are well-kept and quiet.That said, for the price, we expected a bit more comfort. The beds were really firm, borderline uncomfortable and the blankets were as thin as sheets. We ended up buying our own just to sleep better. The condo was clean and had the basics, but nothing about the furnishings or amenities felt like it matched the premium price tag.Still, this is Hawaiʻi, and you often pay more for the location than the unit. If you value a quiet, scenic spot it is worth it.
Our stay at the 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom resort at Ko’Olina was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with aloha spirit and stunning views. The condo was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.Waking up to the pool and ocean views, enjoying coffee on the lanai, and having direct access to the peaceful lagoons made every day feel like a dream. The full kitchen and in-unit laundry were super convenient for our family. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms felt like a luxury spa.The resort itself was quiet, family-friendly, and well-maintained with lush landscaping and amazing pools. It’s the perfect mix of serenity and access—close to shops, dining, and great walking paths. We also appreciated the secure parking and friendly staff.We can’t wait to come back—Ko’Olina is truly a slice of paradise!
We were so excited when we booked this place but it turned into a complete nightmare. The unit we were staying in had a serious roach infestation in the kitchen.The location is excellent. Lagoon 2 is beautiful and relatively quiet. Likewise the amenities were great- pool, koi pond, etc. Even the unit itself was nice (looking). Spacious with a nice balcony and kitchen.But therein lied the problem. We chose this unit specifically because of the kitchen and it was completely unusable. We opened the fridge day one and saw roach nymphs moving in and out of the ripped seal of the fridge. After sending pictures and videos to the host, they "assured" us they would deal with it. They did not. After 3 days without the ability to safely store food and many calls/texts later, they finally came to replace the seal in the fridge and bring a mini fridge for us to use. With a roach-free mini fridge we finally at least had some ability to use the kitchen, so we bought some food and made dinner. After dinner, we ran the dishwasher...and upon unloading the "clean" dishes, we found even more roaches - including large ones. We took more videos, demanded another unit or a refund and from that point our negligent hosts simply ignored all subsequent communication. We came with our toddler and the place was clearly heavily infested, so at that point we packed our bags and left 3 days early for the Disney resort next door to salvage our trip. No refund, no attempt to rectify anything.
Great property. Loved the pool, beach. Had everything we needed at the condo including chairs to take to the beach. Easy parking was a plus! Only negative was the carpets in the second bedroom could use a good cleaning. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay!
Spent 10 days here. Unit is clean, lanai is beautiful and large. We ate all our meals enjoying the sun and ocean views from the deck. Lagoon in front is just a few minutes walk. Pools at Beach Villas were much enjoyed by our kids.
We have been to the islands many times, but this was our first stay at the Villas at Ko'Olina. We really loved the accommodations, the service, and location! Being near the lagoons, pools and walking distance to the Aulani and nearby shops was terrific!
We did see quite a few very tiny ants in the villa - so would watch for those and be sure not to leave any food out. Otherwise - everything was lovely.
Myself and family just stayed at this location! It was clean and conveniently located right in front of pool area. We had a blast. Only recommendation is to consider adding a ceiling fan to master bedroom. Property management company was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. We hope to return soon!

The location of the resort is wonderful as dining and shopping are nearby,a very easy walk. There is also a pristine beach boardwalk with beautiful ocean views. The grounds of the resort are very well maintained and quiet.The condo unit was well stocked, clean and had great views.
We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Tower in this unit overlooking the pool and with a view of the ocean. The tiki torches at night and the constant buzz of families having fun, was a nice atmosphere for sitting out and enjoying coffee or a cocktail. We have stayed at Beach Villas before and this was our favourite view. The unit itself
is in need of a little TLC, but nothing that really affected our vacation so we still give full stars.
The lagoon and beach is where we spent most of our days, the sheltered water is one of the reasons we keep coming back. We also appreciate the quietness of the beach villas compared to the other properties in the area.
The quietest of the properties along this stretch. We were right by the family pool and, while we could hear the activity, it was not bothersome and closing time is strictly enforced. Unit was otherwise quiet. Low key compared to the other resorts along the pathway. One drawback to the resort is there’s no food, coffee, shop on property. Would still pick it if in the area as we prefer more quiet. Easy walk to other resorts. Unit was very clean. I removed a star because carpets were dirty. Seems like they need to do some deep cleaning/long term maintenance. (Like carpet cleaning, cabinet doors, paint) Unit looked nice, cleaning crew doing a very good job of keeping unit clean. Very roomy. Appreciated being able to spread out for the week Bed was comfortable and linens clean. Cabinets and some of the furniture showing their age, which was a disappointment when I first arrived, but quickly became a non issue as we enjoyed the location, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the convenience of a well equipped kitchen. Nice stock of pool and beach things like chairs, towels, inflatables, cooler.
We had a wonderful stay! We had 5, 2 grandmas, our 10 year old and my husband and myself. The lagoon on property is amazing! Only minor issues is the dryer takes 2 hours to dry anything, so extra beach towels would be nice. Thanks for the memories!
