Aloha! Amazing villa. Beautiful inside and out. Lots of space for everyone. Fully stocked as well with what we needed. Spectacular snorkeling out your back door! Top notch villa. Wish I could live there. Mahalo SkyRun for everything. Oh....and they left us a huge fruit basket that was really appreciated and yummy!
This place is lovely. Great location and amenities. 5-10 minute drives to Kona, Keauhou, and Holualoa. Great views of the ocean from the back decks. 3 minute walk to Magic Sands beach and a 15 min walk to Kahalu'u beach. Just be careful of the waves at Magic Sands!
We were two seniors, one adult and one teenager. It was perfect as we had the three bedrooms. Everything that we needed was provided; the kitchen was especially well equipped. The view towards Magic Sands was great. Access to the main roads was easy and it was a pretty central location to go either north (Hawi) or south (Punalu'u). We used the AC which worked out well for some of our party. I think turning it off and opening windows and doors would have worked well also. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.
Great Condo, with all amenities, including a fantastic view. It is somewhat isolated from the town, which is good, except you will need to drive to most places, though there is a lovely beach within walking distance. There was a bit of traffic noise audible in the master bedroom on the weekends, as a major road is nearby and people cruise it Friday and Saturday, some playing loud radios. However, earplugs solved that issue, and it was not a problem during weekdays. I would stay again without hesitation.

Beautiful property with great views. Very clean and with everything you need. We would definitely return.
We loved the location and cleanliness of the rental. Everything we needed was there and the A/C was nice to have although we didn't need to use it much. The modern, beautiful kitchen was well appointed and lots of room to share cooking duties. The only negative was some road noise by a few cars with loud exhaust and stereos. Very nice and very clean. Great location just far enough away from the busy Kona downtown. Clean and modern, well kept with all the necessary amenities that made for a great stay.
My wife and I stayed here with two other couples. We had a great time and all loved the condo. It had plenty of space and everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
This property is in a great place right along the shore, near Magic Sands Beach. Beautiful views from the first- and second-floor lanai...even better from the pool area. Clean, well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances (and massive bonus points for proper kitchen knives...a rarity in rentals!). The Weber grill on the patio is also in good working order.The owners obviously take great pride in the home. It's tastefully decorated and has a modern but comfortable feel. Each bedroom has a separate climate control unit. Living room has a big TV that allows streaming. In-home wifi works well. Ditto for the washer and dryer.Some reviews mention road noise. It's there, but wasn't a real issue for us. If you stay for New Year's, though, there will be a lot of fireworks noise...probably true in most of Kona. Otherwise, no biggie. Overall, I can't really think of anything negative to say. We all agreed we'd stay there again.

Family of 3 adults and three teens/preteens stayed one week. It was walkable to several beaches and restaurants. The views were unbeatable. World class snorkeling in the bay in front of the property. Nice pool that was perfect for the kids. Lots of thoughtful details such as beach chairs, towels, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
The property is exactly as portrayed in the photos. The ocean view from the lanai was spectacular, comfortable and protected from the weather. This was the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Everything you could possibly want. The condo also provided beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach, cooler, and plenty of beach towels. Each bedroom had its own air conditioner as well as an air conditioner in the dining room. Parking was right outside the door And carts are provided for loading and unloading. We would absolutely come again!
