the property was clean, view was as expected, just as it was advertised, appreciated the air-condition, was much needed. location was great close to shopping, dining, access to beach, easy to and from airport, great property.
Pros: Great location within walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop (Akamai Coffee was so good), and many restaurants. The unit was really nice. The view was beautiful. The property is right on the beach and we regularly saw sea turtles lounging on the beach when going on walks. The property managers were very communicative and good at customer service.Cons: If you’re a light sleeper you may have trouble sleeping here like I did. The windows are not very soundproof so I was woken up to street noise and people arriving at midnight or 1am and setting their car alarms off. The AC unit in the living room did not work for half of our trip in hot and humid weather. During the days that it didn’t work I had to deal with communicating with property management who were trying to find someone to fix the unit and having to postpone the repair multiple times. Not something I want to deal with on my trip. They did offer a discount on the affected nights in the form of a refund. The pool has no shade options. The water in the beach is murky, which is probably why turtles are attracted to that area. There are much better beaches in the Kihei area with clear water.If I could give a 3.5 star rating that would be closer to what I’d want to rate this place. If I didn’t have to deal with the AC issues, I would rate it a solid 4.
Property and unit was beautiful. Very quiet area. Close to grocery stores. We did have to drive to different beaches every day. The unit was well with everything you need. Lovely to wake up and have coffee on the deck and look at the ocean. Also, amazing sunsets from the beach in the evening.
Absolutely wonderful - this is an excellent location, beautiful grounds. The unit is freshly updated, a nice well equipped kitchen with great appliances. Strongly recommend!
Excellent. Timely response from property owner. Fully equipped condo. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. The condo was safe and quiet. Best of all, a short stroll out the door and down to a beautiful beach. No crossing streets necessary!

The location of this unit is outstanding with easy beach access, a private pool and walking distance to key locations in Kihei: supermarket, gym, restaurants, coffee and food trucks. I did not give 5 stars because the unit itself needs a makeover. Carpet in living room is worn and dirty. Bathroom fans are loud. Unit appears “tired and worn”. Silverware is lacking and unmatched. These small and inexpensive improvements by the owner would make this a better property.
Enjoyed our stay. Very chill. Nice pool that is not crowded ever. Overall a good experience.
I stayed here with a friend for a vacation and we had the best time! The pool was wonderful and you can access the beach right from the property. The sunset views are EPIC and the place itself is great too. We loved Kihei and the host was very thorough and responsive. I would totally stay here again!
Beautiful ocean sunsets every night from the balcony. Saw swimming turtles daily on the condos beach. Quiet property with very nice pool.
First trip to Maui and wanted to stay halfway b/t Wailea and Lahaina. This unit has great ocean views. The unit was clean and spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped if you wanted to stay in a cook. Great for families. Plenty of food choices, grocery stores and Longs Drugs within walking distance. Host was great and communication was excellent.
The condo had everything we needed with all the amenities ( Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, ironing board and iron for the wedding we were attending etc) A beautiful view where you could watch the sunset from the balcony. Walking distance to a grocery store, coffee shop, and restaurants. Plenty of parking.
This place is beautiful, we loved it! Will definitely stay here again! Right on the beach and we watched the sunset every night from the back of the building. Great shopping and restaurants right down the street. Loved it so much!
From the moment we opened the front door this condo unit impressed. Exactly as pictured but so much better in living color! Great oceanfront location allowed us to enjoy the site and sound of the waves. Hopefully we can return soon…

Amazing view, beautiful grounds and complex! We had a blast using the pool, sitting on the beach watching the whales breach and turtles swimming about. The property is well maintained and the host was great. The sunsets were spectacular!!! We loved every moment there :)

Our family stayed here during one of our many trips to Maui. This condo complex is fantastic and is right on a very nice beach. The complex is quite, pool is very nice.
The unit is great, kitchen is well equipped and fantastic view off of the Lanai. Would recommend!
This unit was great while we stayed there for 4 nights. The location was great, it’s a 30 second walk to the beach and it’s only minutes away from great restaurants. Definitely felt more like a home than a hotel thanks to the full size refrigerator, separate bathrooms, plates and utensils, and beach supplies. I would definitely stay there again.
This condo is in the absolute perfect location, directly on the beach and easy walking distance to groceries, drug store and great restaurants. The condo complex feels very private and is surrounded by lush greenery with ample parking. The pool is large and great for swimming laps and there was never a shortage of loungers by the pool. The condo itself has all the amenities you need, for inside and the beach. The furniture is very comfortable and the unit has been nicely updated. There is no elevator so mobility may be an issue for some but the stairs were wide and sturdy. There is no washer/dryer in the suite but there is a common laundry room with five sets. You can download an app to avoid using change and this was very convenient. There were 3 in our group and it was an ideal size for us. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets from the balcony - this unit has spectacular views. I would definitely recommend booking here!
We thoroughly enjoyed this condo. Lovely furnishings, well stocked kitchen, amazing view! Quick walk to the beach. Beach chairs and pool toys provided. We will stay here again!
