Steps away from the newly built international marketplace for all your shopping needs. Grocery stores are around the corner, and convenience stores are right across the street. There is one parking stall available for your car.

The building is secure and requires a key fob to access the elevators and enter the building.

On the top of the building, there is a pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ area if you would like to entertain some guests.

This condo has a pool area, workout room, sauna and barbecue area on the recreation deck on the rooftop of the condo. Perfect for relaxing and hosting small get-togethers

Should you need any help, myself or cohosts. Can be available as we both live nearby.

The condo is located in the heart of Waikiki, a short walk from the beach. It is safe and well lit, with the newly built International Market Place less than 200 yards away. There's a foodcourt. There are also a few grocery and convenience stores nearby for quick supply runs.

There is one covered and secured parking stall that comes with the rental, as well as bus stops near by to get around.

*Notice:
Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting up to 3 hours.

If your stay includes November 6th, please be advised that a plumber is scheduled for a brief visit to perform a necessary bathroom repair. Access to the unit will be required for a short period. We kindly ask that you confirm your acknowledgment of this arrangement prior to booking.
Please clean off any sand or mud before entering the apartment.

If you’re planning to use the beach equipment please be sure to clean off as much sand as possible before returning to the condo.

Please be respectful to neighbors and dry prior to leaving the pool areas

Please do not leave wet clothing on the furniture, as it may cause unclean-able stains.

Sorry but, Absolutely no smoking, this is a non-smoking property, which includes the balconies. The smoke alarms are very sensitive and are able to detect where the smoke originates from. Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas downstairs, near the lockbox area. Building staff are very strict on this matter and will issue fines which will be passed onto the violators....
