Welcome to Sunset Villa at Coconut Plantation! Located in a resort community on the West side of Oahu. The unit is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, with an open-concept design, spacious upstairs and downstairs patios, two-car enclosed garage, with a total of 1,715 square feet! The villa sleeps a maximum of 8 guests (2 per bed). You are provided 2 dedicated garage parking stalls, along with community guest stalls for visitors.

Sunset Villa aims to provide guests with a comfortable home away from home experience, to unwind and enjoy your tropical get-away. The unit provides a long list of amenities that include central air conditioning, an in-house washer/dryer, ceiling fans in all living spaces, a large flatscreen TV, free Wi-Fi, large sectional couch, dining table and chairs for family dinners, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped for preparing meals (stovetop, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, plates, bowls, utensils, pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc.).

Sunset Villa is located in Coconut Plantation, a gated resort community in Koolina. The community offers two swimming pools, community BBQ area, lush tropical landscaping, and membership to the Koolina Beach + Sports Club (fitness center). The soothing Koolina lagoons and beaches are located walking distance from the unit, along with the Koolina Golf Club, and Koolina Center & Station that has shopping and various eateries. In addition, you are located near the Disney Aulani Resort, Marriot's Koolina Beach Club and Four Season Resort. All offering various restaurants, shopping, and spa experiences.

This property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.

​​​​​​​No Smoking: If any signs of smoking in or around property are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 fine and immediate eviction

Supplies: Each property is equipped with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and trash bag. If you run out, you will need to replenish these products at your own expense.

Pet Policy: This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.00

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits, each Royal Realty booking includes Rental Guardian Damage Protection, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners.
