We had a wonderful stay! While there were a few minor things initially overlooked, Maria was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. The condo was beautifully maintained, well-equipped with all the essentials, and in an amazing location. It truly made our trip comfortable and stress free. We had a lovely time on our Hawaii vacation and this condo was the perfect "home" for us while visiting the island. The owners were very responsive to our inquiries and the unit was clean and lovely. The property grounds were exceptional and it was nice to stay a little out of the way from the busyness of the city. Quiet, scenic and relaxing!
We had an amazing stay. The property manager was a delight and so easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the outdoor area with the doors opening all the way up to make it indoor/outdoor living. It made our vacation that much better. We would love to be able to stay again!
Our stay was very relaxing. Resort is very beautiful and quiet. Condo has anything you need. We felt right at home with ultra comfortable beds, every utensil, dish, and appliance you can think of in the kitchen. Great stay!
The owner went out of his way to accommodate our every need. Maria the property manager was awesome. Anytime we needed anything she was on it right away. The unit was great, clean and well equipped. The view was wonderful being a corner front unit in the ocean tower. There were five adults in our party and unit was very spacious. The 2 new chairs make into twin beds which was great. Our stay at the Beach Villas Ko Olina was great. The unit was very spacious and had everything one might need on vacation. There are beach chairs, floats, a cooler, pull behind cart, toys for kids and other beach things as well. The views from the balcony are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Maria was very friendly and easy to contact for anything you may need. I would recommend staying here if you enjoy the perks of a resort without the chaos.
This is our third time with this exact unit. We have a family of 5 with a toddler and elderly grandparents and there are ample space for everyone. There’s a new host a few months ago and it seems the check in process as well as the kitchen seems even more organize than before and also the two new love seats are very nice

My wife and I have been coming to Ko Olina since 2016, and we found this particular villa in 2017 and have been coming back to it every year since! This condo and location is everything you want in a Hawaii vacation. We had a great time, and next time we come to Hawaii we would certainly stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

This is our second stay at Khoi's condo - we love it so much. The beds are super comfortable, the space is spacious, the views are breathtaking from the lanai. The kitchen is stocked with pretty much everything you need minus perishables. Tons of beach towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. We love staying at the Beach Villas, we haven't stayed anywhere since we found this resort 5 years ago.
Communication prior to arrival was great, quick to respond and accommodating for our arrival time. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. Check-in was only made better by the friendly staff onsite. The property was clean, stocked with basics and very inviting. The location is better than the pictures and we can’t wait to return.

I stayed here with my husband, 2 kids, father, and mother in law. First of all, the property is stunning. Everything was well kept and clean. The condo itself was exactly as described and as pictured. Plus it was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Plenty of beach towels, towels, extra bedding for the futon, air bed (even though we brought our own), beach chairs, and beach toys. The kitchen included dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies (clorox wipes), and even seasoning and plastic wrap for food and cooking. We were excited to see a rice cooker and blender too.
I was contacted early by the concierge who was extra helpful guiding us around the property, helped with our bags, and even brought my elderly parents up to the room while we parked out rental car.
Everything about this place was amazing. We are officially saving it and will want to return when visiting and vacationing.
We did have a birds nest on the lanai in the corner right outside of the primary bathroom. We didn't have a chance to use that side of the lanai too much since we did not want to disturb the birds. But the larger part of the lanai outside the kitchen side was plenty roomy for our family to enjoy breakfast and other meals.
Aside from that, we had a wonderful stay.

We stayed here with our two kids, ages 18 and 21. The condo and grounds were exceptional. It was very comfortable for the four of us. We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants. The lagoons are beautiful, and it's only 1.5 miles to walk from end to end. The sunset views were breathtaking. We all enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. We loved opening the wall of doors to the lanai. There is a beach bar on the property that has snacks and food. (Hint: Leave the door open in the laundry closet to help the clothes dry faster in the ventless dryer.)
My family stayed at Khoi's beautiful condo for a week, which was the perfect "home" for us. Our children range in age from 2 - 12, and this villa was so comfortable, clean, roomy, and well-situated. They also provided beach toys and supplies, which was so thoughtful, so we didn't have to pack ours from home or go out and buy new ones. It was also very convenient to have an in-unit washer and dryer. With four kiddos (and lots of beach and pool time!), it was great to be able to wash our clothes and not overpack for the trip.
We loved waking up every morning and sitting on the lanai to enjoy the gorgeous ocean view and fresh air. The condo is also a nice walk to the other hotels, like Disney Aulani and Four Seasons, and the Ko Olina Center, where we could enjoy good food or pick up groceries and supplies.
If you're looking for a place that's in a great location on the island (easy drives to North Shore and Waikiki, etc.), spacious enough for a family of 6, well-stocked with amenities, and part of a resort that's kid-friendly and not overcrowded yet still lively and fun, then this is your next vacation home! Our kids wanted to stay another month :)
I also have to mention that the owner, Khoi, was incredibly responsive to all of my messages and questions leading up to our stay, and Shane, who met us at check-in and gave us a walkthrough of the resort and condo, made the entire process seamless and easy.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas condo. Plenty of room for our family of 3 adults and 2 teens. The teen that slept on the futon said it was very comfortable. The place was well equipped with all kitchen items you might need and there are even beach toys and chairs available. View was fantastic and we loved the lagoons. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept. There is a small grocery/deli/souvenir store within walking distance along with a couple restaurants and some boutique type stores and you can walk to Disney's Aulani and the Mariott on either side for more. Many restaurants about 10-14 min drive in Kapolei. Once of our favorites was Broke Da Mouth. Awesome Hawaiian food and huge burgers. Close to everything even ziplines we visited in North Shore only took about 45 minutes on a weekday to get to (not during peak hours) We highly recommend this condo, it is really worth getting away from the Waikiki area!!!
This was our first time staying in Ko Olina and we are so happy that we chose to stay at the beach villas vs the Marriott or Aulani next door. This property was so quiet and peaceful compared to the other resorts! The unit was spacious and well appointed and was such a good fit for a family with two teens…would definitely stay here again!
What a fantastic stay at Khoi's place in Ko Olina. It was better than described and from the photos. High on the 7th floor we had views West of the ocean and pools from both Lanai's chilling out. Everything we needed was provided from boogie boards, beach towels and chairs for the beach a 5-minute walk away. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen to enjoy preparing our meals in the suite or lounging from take out. We lived and experienced the Aloha spirit first hand for a week. A calm, quiet, and less congested break from the hustle and bustle of Waikiki. Discovered that the adjacent Four Seasons resort, has a Spa that offers Tennis and Pickle ball court rentals as an added plus. Much Mahalo
This condo was perfect for our family vacation!! The facility is amazing, the location is great with many restaurants and stores in walking distance, and the beach was never crowded! There is a beautiful koi pond where the kids can feed the fish daily. The condo itself was even better than advertised with great beach and pool views. It was stocked with anything you could need and had plenty of space. There is also a private airport lounge in Honolulu you can use if you stay here! We would definitely stay here again!!
The condo was great. Very roomy, beautiful views of the water. Our kids enjoyed the lagoons and the pools. Parking spot was a bit of a hike but that wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely go back.
