We had an amazing time in Wailea staying in this unit! Such awesome views! We enjoyed lounging on the lanai each day taking in paradise! This unit was a great location and had all that we could have ever needed! This unit was Clean and very well stocked with all amenities! Community pool was amazing! Thank you for being a great host! Can’t wait to come back!
This was a condo in a fantastic location that sleeps 6 very comfortable. They had plenty of extra linens for the week and all the amenities you would need for a beach vacation. Nicely located to many fantastic beaches and eating shops. The condo relatively clean but I think the ceramic floors need a deep cleaning. Overall I would stay there again. The views are great.

We really enjoyed this property and the amazing views! Layout was perfect for a family with two teenagers. The condo has multiple beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and coolers for packing up and heading out for a comfortable day at the beach. Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need. Property is very quiet and we loved our peaceful mornings and evenings on the lanai. We would love to stay here again! We enjoyed magical sunset views every evening from this condo's very comfortable lanai -- definitely a highlight of our vacation. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and well-stocked, the bed was comfortable, and there were plenty of beach items. The owner, Shaina, was a pleasure to deal with; she responded quickly to our questions, both before and during our trip. Our one piece of constructive criticism is that the condo could use a new coat of paint to refresh the interior. The only difficulty we had was when we went to cook dinner one evening and couldn't find any BBQs with propane -- which is the responsibility of the complex, not the owner. We loved staying in this condo and hope to return soon!

Everything was lovely. The location can’t be beat. The condo was stunning and we had such a relaxing time on Maui. Maholo!
My family and I had a great stay. The condo is updated and has a beautiful and quiet view of the ocean.
The manager was very prompt responding to any questions we had and the welcome basket of bottled water and banan bread was a nice touch.
Overall stay was great, property is older but in good condition. Fantastic location and ocean view. Close to golf if you like to play, unit backs up to 11 hole of wailea blue course. Property manager was very responsive and friendly! Great shopping and restaurants nearby and both pools are a short walk from the unit. I would recommend!!
The location is fabulous. The view spectacular. The kitchen is impressively stocked! Beds comfortable. We had a fabulous and relaxing stay! The host, Shaina is a sweetheart and a local so available for anything! We would absolutely stay again! Thank you!

I wish I could give this stay five stars but it was a solid four. The location is great, the views were wonderful and the host was very responsive. I’m giving four stars b/c the decor is a little outdated, light switches seemed to be several decades old and the washer gave us a lot of trouble. Also, there is no central AC and the individual units didn’t really cool the rooms too well so it was a bit uncomfortable at times.

The property had an amazing patio where we sat each morning and nights for dinner. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was clean. Amazing location and view. Close drive to all the beautiful beaches. Having the 4 chairs and umbrellas there for us to use was outstanding. Air conditioning was great for the nighttime and we loved opening all the windows and doors for the cross breeze during the day. Host was communicative and helpful. Perfect for our family of four. Felt at home and saved so much money cooking meals ourselves. We would love to stay there again!
The view from this property is beautiful from morning to night. Nice patio with comfortable seating for the family. Short walk to a nice pool. Accommodations were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Would not hesitate to stay again.
This was a return trip for us to the Wailea Ekolu complex, but first time staying in this unit. We come for the beautiful grounds, the view, and the proximity to lovely beaches, local restaurants, etc.
This condo has clearly been updated throughout in terms of remodeling, new fixtures, etc. Other touches, like furniture and appliances, felt on the newer side too. We were very comfortable in our stay here.
Other positive things to note: the kitchen was well-stocked with both cookware and dinnerware. The bedroom beds were comfortable, and the fold out couch is... well, a fold out couch. In-unit laundry machines were very convenient on our longer stay. This is a "corner unit", which means you have fewer shared walls than in some other units. The community pools are well maintained and seem to have recently been upgraded with solar heaters, which makes swimming in the pools almost too comfortable. The view from Lanai is spectacular.
Things to be aware of: while there are curtains they are not "blackout" curtains (which was not a problem for us), because of the wonderful open-air nature of the condo you will hear outside noise when it's present which includes the good (birds, nature, etc.) and sometimes the bad (gardening, chatty neighbors, etc.), the complex is located on a large hill which is beautiful but means you should be sure to have a car to get around the area easily.
The owners were responsive and professional. My family enjoyed our visit and I'd happily stay again.
Our family loved staying here with our boys (ages 12 and 14). The property is exactly as advertised - clean and spacious, and the lanai was wonderful. We’ve rented several properties in Hawaii and this was our favorite so far, mostly bc of the Wailea location, amazing lanai with great views and comfy furniture. The condo complex is incredibly quiet. The pool is a quick 3 min walk. We utilized both the local rental management phone line when a fuse blew and door broke and they were incredibly fast and helpful. Also the owners back on mainland who were quick to communicate with us during the Maui fires that occurred during our stay. The only suggestion for future renters I may have is to know there is only a starter supply of things like toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, five dishwasher tabs, etc so it won’t cover your needs for longer stays. We also purchased liquid hand soap for each sink as there is only little hotel size bar soaps at the sinks. Not a big deal but necessary to know before buying groceries and supplies. Otherwise we loved using the chairs, cooler, boogie boards etc. and used them daily.
Condo was clean with plenty of room for our family. Beautiful views from the large lanai and a short walk to the pool. Close to great dining, beaches and shopping.

This ground floor condo is ideally located with great views and a good floor plan. The main outdoor space is so delightful, individual patios outside each bedroom were never used. The condo complex is located in a nice community with great areas for walking. One note- When we saw people walking on the golf path, we stopped by the onsite office to ask what times walking on the incredible cart path was allowed (as golf play is ongoing). Management informed us it wasn’t ever permitted. No worries… lots of wonderful places to walk. The beach supplies were very handy and included chairs and umbrella. Great place- Hope to be back!
