This upstairs corner unit offers an open and comfortable living space, including a full kitchen and dining area for four. As you enjoy your meal at the dining table, you’ll be able to take in the ocean views from the oversized windows. The living area also includes a smart TV for your entertainment, and a large private lanai with views of the mountains and waterfalls. For added convenience, Alii Kai 2201 has an in unit washer and dryer that guests are free to use.
Down the hall are two comfortable and colorful bedrooms. The master suite boasts a luxurious California king bed, as well as a full en suite bathroom. You’ll also find a convenient work area in the master bedroom, with a well lit desk and comfortable chair if you need to make it a working vacation. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, with a full bathroom just across the hall. Each bedroom has oversized windows that let in tons of natural light, as well as incredible views of the mountains.
The Alii Kai complex offers a pool and gas grill for guests to enjoy at their leisure, as well as free parking. Located down a quiet side street in the complex, Alii Kai 2201 also offers a peaceful, private experience. As an added bonus, guests will find beach towels and chairs in the unit that they are free to use as they please. Location-wise you’re only a mile away from shopping and dining options in the Princeville shopping center, and a quick 10 minute drive from the heart of Hanalei, including the world renowned Hanalei Bay and Anini beaches.

As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is NOT air conditioned, however there are ceiling fans in each room and screen doors on the lanai to help with airflow.
This is an upstairs condo so you need to be able to go up and down stairs. There are no elevators.
