Our 1,450 sq. ft. townhome has been recently renovated with mahogany floors, a kitchen featuring Brazilian mahogany soft-close cabinets and granite countertops, a mahogany dining table with matching chairs that seats six, and new mattresses on all beds.
UPSTAIRS
1. Primary Bedroom: California king bed, 50” TV with cable, and a private lanai with views of lush tropical gardens, the Makai Pool, and stunning sunsets. It’s the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the island.
2. Primary En-Suite Bathroom: Renovated with large ceramic tile flooring, beautiful cabinetry with dual sinks, a spacious shower, and a separate bathtub. The linen closet includes extra towels and bedding.
3. Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, 48” TV with cable, a small desk and chair, and views of the Kohala mountains and sunrises.
4. Guest Bathroom: Includes a bathtub and shower.
5. Linen Closet: Stocked with extra towels, bedding, and a pack 'n play.
6. Laundry: Washer and dryer, beach towels, extra ergonomic office chair, ironing board, and iron.
7. Beds: Feature new mattresses with allergen-protector covers and high-quality linens.
8. Bathrooms: Supplied with superior towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.
DOWNSTAIRS
1. Open Concept Living: Includes entertainment, dining, kitchen, lanai, entry, and a half bath. Comfortable seating features a sofa bed, chair, and lounge chair.
2. Hall Closet: Equipped with 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, 2 sand mats, a yoga mat, 2 boogie boards, 4 tennis racquets with balls, 2 coolers, cleaning supplies, a child booster seat, and an Emergency Kit.
3. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a rice cooker, Instant Pot/hotpot/air fryer, superior blender, electric kettle, and cooler ice packs in the freezer. Fire extinguishers and a First Aid kit are also provided.

Makaha Villa at Waikoloa Colony Villas offers a serene and upscale living experience in one of Hawaii’s most sought-after resort destinations. It is a townhome with upper and lower levels, two lanais, and one reserved parking spot. Guests will have access to the entire townhome, excluding the garage, housekeeping closet, and one primary bathroom closet.
