Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival. For same-day reservations, Check-In Time is guaranteed for 5PM.
No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking/Vaping (including in the condo, on the balcony/lanai, or in any of the building's public spaces). Violations are subject to fines of up to $700 per infraction, plus actual repair/replacement costs due to smoke/fire damage.

Fantastic location. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a clean, comfortable, spacious, and sunny apartment set on the beach with a lanai that overlooks a park. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Near stops for The Bus. Manager accommodated our request for early arrival and checkin and check out went smoothly.

Very nice modern, clean and comfortable unit. The balcony views of the sunset wide open because it’s next to the park. No building amenities and parking is expensive but that’s Waikīkī if it’s not included. But if Waikīkī is your goal this is a great place !

Family vacation- this is our second time staying in the building and our first time in unit 712- The unit was very clean, nice, new furniture and the view was beautiful. Property manager was very helpful and check in was a breeze.

The property and room were very clean and well appointed. Açaí bowls at the shop downstairs were awesome. Host is excellent and responsive. 10/10
