This top floor villa has enough room for a family of 6. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor and walk into our spacious villa. When you first enter the villa you have a fully stocked kitchen, large pantry and a washer/dryer for your use. Next to kitchen is a guest bedroom with a queen size bed and a full guest bathroom next to it. You have an open dining room that seats 6 and living room with a large flat screen tv and a private lanai with seating for 4 that overlooks the golf greens. Off of the living room is the master suite with a large king size bed, walk in closet and a large master bathroom.
Back next to guest bedroom is a staircase that goes up to the loft. The loft has 2 twin beds and an office desk and chair for a working vacation. Unit has free secured WIFI and Spectrum cable tv. You have a garage to park in and it also contains beach gear for your vacation. Fairway Villas also has visitor stalls to use for your 2nd vehicle.
The Fairway Villas is a gated private development located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Beautifully maintained, large pool, bbq area and a fitness room for guest to use only. You are in walking distance to The King Shops, The Queens Marketplace that have amazing restaurants, and shops. You are also a short walk to Anahehoomalu Bay (or A-Bay) which is a beautiful white sand beach to spend the day.

Hilton Pool Pass: Valid for stays in 2024. Maximum 6 persons per pass (children under the age of 5 are not counted towards the 6 person max). Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 4pm on your arrival date and 11am on your departure date. The pass and instructional letter will be in your vacation rental upon arrival. Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Access to all pools, waterslides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa Hotel. Includes pool towel service. No blackout dates or restricted use, Fitness Center use from 9am-5pm for $20.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00). Locker rental at the Kona pool for $10.00 per day, per locker. We do not have the ability to add additional people to the pass. Users must be registered guests of Kohala Coast Properties Inc. There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at this participating Kohala Coast Properties Inc. vacation rental property. If pass is lost or damaged, there is a $250.00 replacement fee. Terms and fees are subject to change.

This overall been one of the best experiences. Property was spectacular, clean, stocked with necessities, communication with Michelle, property was more than what we expected we give 5 stars. We will definitely book this property in our future stays in Hawaii.

This condo has it all. For beach goers you have access to beach chairs and coolers with ice packs frozen for you! For those that want to lounge by the pool a beautiful infinity edge pool and lava rock hot tub await just steps away! If you want to be more adventurous take the Hilton pool pass, included in your stay, a short drive down the road and enjoy a day of fun an adventure at the Hilton Waikola beautiful pool/ lagoon area with live sea turtles, dolphins, and gorgeous fish where you can snorkel paddle board and swim the day away under the palm trees! I highly recommended this spacious condo for families, as the loft provides extra beds for the kids and the master suite and second bedroom are equipped with all you need for a wonderful stay. The kitchen was set up with appliances and extra amenities so we could cook everything my family enjoyed, but if you are looking for a night out there are multiple food places within walking distance at two great shopping malls. It is 30 minutes from the Kona Airport so you can begin your beautiful Hawaiian escape immediately upon arriving at this amazing island! We hope to be back very soon! Aloha!

I gave Fairway Villas G31 a 5-star rating because it exceeded our expectations in terms of what was received for the money we spent. We were very pleased with our four-week stay. The Fairway Villas is an attractive and well maintained NON-SMOKING community. The entrance is gated, parking near our condo was convenient, and chairs with umbrellas were always available at the infinity pool. On weekends, a pool monitor was on hand to make sure rules were followed. The outdoor cooking grills and open-air exercise facilities are commercial grade and cleaned daily. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am are maintained throughout the property and we found the staff and our fellow vacationers to be helpful and friendly. The trash collection area was clean and set up for recycling.
Our condo, a top floor end unit, was comfortable, fully furnished and quiet. Elevator access was easy and reliable. Availability of everyday household cleaning and cooking supplies was a welcome convenience. Wi-Fi worked flawlessly and streaming of movies was easy. This unit was a TERRIFIC value.
The property owner and concierge have years of experience and work well together. When the A/C broke down on a Friday, it was fixed on Saturday. As the owner mentions in the property description, it is not a suitable choice for children.

We spent 2 months in this Condo. This second floor unit is located right by the elevator (only 10 steps from dedicated paring space- then 20 steps to unit). The owner and manager responsed quickly to all questions and was a pleasure to do business with. The unit itself leaves you wanting for nothing and the pictures really doesn't do this place justice. From the view off the quiet lani to the beautiful infinity swimming pool. gas grills. and open air exercise room again leaves you waning for nothing. A-Bay beach, Queen's Market Place, and King's Shops just a short way away. If this place is available during your time frame BOOK IT NOW you will not be sorry!!!

We spent 8 nights in this condo. It was beautifully furnished and maintained, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We loved sitting at the table out on the balcony overlooking the golf course. What a peaceful place! This second-floor unit can be reached by elevator and the rental includes a dedicated parking place. The owner responded quickly to questions and was a pleasure to do business with. We would definitely recommend this property. The Fairway Villas complex is clean with high quality amenities like a bank of new-looking Weber gas grills, a beautiful infinity swimming pool and an open-air exercise room. The location is excellent for walking to the Queen's Marketplace and King's Shoppes for light grocery shopping, upscale clothing/gift shopping, and dining choices from fast food to fine restaurants.

As the prior reviews have stated, the condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. The condo is well equipped with beach chairs / towels / mats, boogie boards, coolers; the kitchen is well stocked and equipped. The condo grounds and surrounding area are impeccable. The BBQ's and pool/hot tub are well looked after. It was a pleasure to be able to have breakfast on the lanai over looking the golf course. Rebecca was great to deal with throughout the whole process. We plan on going back to this condo in the future.

As other reviews have stated, this is a very well equipped condo, with a very well stocked kitchen. We made good use of the beach chairs and beach towels also.
Description and pictures completely accurate.
The lanai faces the golf course, which I really enjoyed each morning with my coffee. Very peaceful.
Clean, quiet, I can`t imagine someone not enjoying themselves here.
Rebecca very nice to deal with, and as others have mentioned, quick to respond to any questions.
When we come back to the Big Island, this will be our first choice to stay. That really says it all.

We have just spent (another) 19 days at this condo; we just keep coming back! The condo is exactly as the pictures indicate: clean, well kept, very nicely furnished. The owner is lovely to deal with, totally forthright and honest, answering questions quickly and just being generally helpful. As mentioned in (my) other reviews, the added value of the beach toys, beach towels, chairs, coolers, boogie board, etc. is a nice plus. The kitchen is very well equipped and is a pleasure to cook in. The cross breezes are very pleasant in this unit; we realized that we hadn't used the A/C at all during this stay. We also realized that we didn't ever use the DR table--sitting out on the lanai for every single meal! The whole condo complex is nicely landscaped and very well kept; the BBQ's are immaculately clean as is the pool/hot tub area. Thanks again R. for another marvelous stay in your condo; I should start planning #4 fairly soon!! (And we did notice the super new TV.)

Every year we vacation in Kona and we always try to stay in this condo. It is always very clean and has beautiful furnishings. We feel like we are home every time we walk in the door. The owner is great to work with and we always suggest this condo to our friends. Thanks for another wonderful visit. We will be back!!

My husband and I spent our honeymoon at this gorgeous condo in Sept 2011. We couldn't have asked for a better place! The condo owner Rebecca was great to deal with and really goes out of her way to make guests feel at home from the personally written welcome card and chocolates to the helpful resource book on what to do in the community.
The condo was so clean and beautifully decorated. It's in an ideal location as well - a 5 min walk to the shops, a 30 sec walk to the pool, gym and BBQ area, and it's right on the golf course (in fact, the lanai overlooks the golf course).
What my husband and I were most impressed by however, was how well equiped the condo was. The kitchen was full of everything you could need: a blender, dishwasher, salad spinner, tupperware for picnics, spices, oil etc. The bathrooms were supplied with suntan lotion, aloe vera, plush towels, body lotion, etc. The those beach bums out there like us, the place came with beach chairs, a cooler, beach matts, beach towels, and plenty of great paperback books (Jurassic Park was my favourite!).
I would definitely return to this place and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfy, and conveniently located place to stay!

Thank you again Rebecca for the use of your condo. It was every bit as nice as last year. We stayed for a month and didn't really want to leave. The BBQ area is a great place to meet people and learn about new beaches and places to explore. We hope to be able to come back again. Every thing you need for a great holiday is in the condo, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels.

We are just back from our three week stay at this condo. This is our second time staying here.
As previous reviews note, this condo is immaculately clean and well maintained, very nicely furnished and stocked with everything you could need for a vacation. It is so very nice to have such things as beach chairs, towels, coolers, reusable and insulated grocery bags, etc. and not have to pack or buy these items. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked as well, right down to blender, good pots and pans (should you want to cook!), lots of dishes, glassware, the all important BBQ tools and even containers for picnics at the beach! There is nothing missing. This is added value when you are renting a condo.
One of the nicest features of this unit is the location; close enough to the pool/hot tub and BBQ but far enough away from the noise. Backing onto the golf course is also a great feature and the fact that there is no unit behind allows for privacy and wonderful cooling breezes. Air conditioning, while available, was not required at all during our stay despite the daytime temps in the 80's. A covered parking spot right in front of the building, and by the elevator if required, is another bonus.
The owner of this condo is great to deal with. She is honest and forthright, answering questions quickly. I have no hesitation recommending this location for a Big Island vacation rental and will stay at this specific unit yet again. Hopefully soon!!
