This place is a 10/10 location! 3rd time to Kauai, best stay yet! Fully stocked with everything you need! Literally down to beach stuff and kitchen stuff! So happy with our stay. Utilized all the lanai’s, furniture was so comfortable. Both beds, pillows, sheets beyond amazing!!!!!! Great floor plan! The washer and dryer was a game changer! Beautiful complex!!!!!
We normally stay on the east side of the island, but decided to mix things up and Nihi Kai did not disappoint. The condo was very thoughtfully updated. Beds were super comfy, and we appreciated all the extras like beach wagon, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels, etc. Property grounds, including pool, were super clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

I just enjoyed a week in Kauai with my family in this beautiful condo. The property grounds are gorgeous, it’s a short walk to a beautiful beach and is perfectly stocked with everything that a family needs. The property management company is top notch, the best that I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend booking this condo!
We arrived late at night. The drive to Nihi Kai was a bit scary, dark and narrow roads but we made it. Door code is a smart convenient way to get in to the place for arrival after office hours. It was nice to enter into a beautiful place that’s clean and well furnished. Beautifully decorated. Simple and clean look.
We loved the location of the condo, it was close to the boogie board beach and the kids were the right age for that activity, the condo was not clean when we first arrived and it was awkward getting the cleaners in to set up the beds but once that was done, the owner was great and gave us a late check out and condo well equipt with ocean toys and chairs etc.
The place had good decore, was reasonably clean, was large enough to suit our needs, and the location was excellent. The rental had everything plus more of beach toys, chairs, towels, etc. Parking was close and plentiful. Washer and dryer. All very convenient.
We had a wonderful stay with our tweens/teens! The condo was clean and had everything we needed, including a huge stock of beach and snorkeling gear along with a wagon. The walk to play at the beach was so easy. We would definitely consider staying there again.
My only suggestion is to supply a couple turtle safe red light flashlights along with education for renters to leave the beach clean, dark, and flat at the end of each day. This is a great opportunity to help protect the turtles that make Poipu Beach such a special spot.
We had a wonderful time! We didn't realize it was a 2 story condo, which i'm sure I just missed.
Great stay in Poipu. Unit was clean and well stocked. Owners were very communicative. Short walk to a couple beaches and places to eat like Puka Dog. Having A/C was nice. Would gladly stay here again.
It was clean and comfortable and super convenient. The property is beautiful and located a nice walk from the beach and places to eat and see turtles coming up to rest for the night. We had a well equipped kitchen and a good supply of towels and all of the creature comforts that travelers enjoy. No one above you here, so it's a quiet night of sleep when you are weary from playing. Four decks didn't make anyone mad-two upper and two lower. Easy parking. Easy everything. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family. Our only complaint is that the time went by too quickly.
This villa was a good alternative to a typical hotel room. Plenty of space for our family to eat, relax, and sleep. Well equipped with beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, snorkels, toys) to enjoy the close proximity to multiple beaches.
