The location is unmatched. Directly on the water. So peaceful watching the waves crashing in and hearing it all night long. Pure bliss. The home is well stocked. Beach gear, extra towels, soaps, many kitchen essentials. It seems this host is trying to make sure everything you might need is available to you and not locked away in the owners closet. So nice.Walk along the path to the east to shipwreck beach. Also pure bliss. Minor points: to sit on the balcony and enjoy the water you are sitting up straight at a high top we were wanting more comfortable seating. it’s hard to keep the floors clean with the sand that comes up on the balcony. We tried but kept tracking it in. These are minor points this place was a PRIME place to stay we will recommend to friends and would come back again.
This condo literally sits right on the shore over the rocks. We were able to see the sunrise and sunset from the balcony. Morning coffee and breakfast were spent watching the sea turtles and we were able to see a whale on our last night. The bathrooms appear to newly renovated. The owner communicated well and check in was easy. We did have to call the island contact for one small issue that he immediately responded to and took care of us. We enjoyed our stay.
Impossible to say enough about the entire experience. The property, the location, the host, the amenities were perfect. As we left the property today we agreed that we couldnt have done better even if we had researched all our options. Definitely coming back!

The property was perfect! Fabulous view of the ocean, updated interior, comfortable beds, great location, and walking distance to Poipu Beach. The house had everything we needed even condiments that we purchased without checking first. The beach chairs and towels were used and appreciated. The reason I titled this too perfect is because none of us wanted to leave. Can’t wait until next time!
We had a wonderful stay in Poipu! The condo has just what you need for a great Kauai adventure. The sunrise and sunset views (and all-the-time views!) are particularly spectacular! We could even see Sea Turtles in the water right from the balcony!
Beautiful view from the balcony, we could see turtles and rays. Quiet and nicely landscaped condominium grounds. The condo we stayed in had everything you needed. We had beach chairs, noodles, umbrellas and a wagon to haul it all to the beach. I would recommend staying here.

This property is all about the view. If you enjoy views of the ocean and falling asleep to sounds of crashing waves then this is the place for you. I don’t think there is another property in Poipu with a better view of the ocean. It is breathtakingly beautiful. We loved to sit on the balcony and watch the crashing waves. We saw turtles every day swimming below and a few times saw spinner dolphins passing by. The proximity to Koloa and Poipu Beach is also a plus. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a nice sized living area, and kitchen. We did bring a few minor issues to the owner’s attention and he was quick to respond. He offered to look into the issues while we were there, but opted for him to look into them after we left. . They did not take away from our comfort during our stay. Chad was very easy to communicate with. Also this unit has air conditioning, which I feel is a must in Hawaii. The humidity can at times be a bit much. I think the price point on his condo is on point. The view and location can’t be beat.
I can’t say enough positive things about the condo or the owner. Communication was exceptional and everything was seamless. The condo is incredibly well stocked and we wanted for nothing. The deck looks right out on a cove where we watched sea turtles every morning and evening. The short walk to Poipu was super convenient and we were able to enjoy everything the island had to offer with ease. This is truly the best rental we have ever stayed in.
Condo was immaculate! Clean and everything was in working condition! Beds were comfortable , the views are SPECTACULAR! Honu Honu Honu EVERYWHERE! Will definitely try to rebook for whale season!
I could tell from the pictures it was going to be amazing but then you walk in and it's a wow takes your breath away. We were here for a week and we usually stay up on the North shore which we love but we definitely will be staying here again hopefully at this house
