Great condo with great grounds in an outstanding location in Kona. Everything was easy and as advertised. The host answered all questions promptly as well.
Terrific spot and the unit was great! Clean, modern, comfortable, and within walking distance of a great surfing and snorkel beach.
Love this location. Close enough to get to other points of interest on island for day trips and many things to do within a 10-30 min drive. Nice pool and view of snokeling bay across street.
Nice location plenty of space & excellent overall accommodations
We were on the Big Island for a family spring break and stayed in the Kona area for 4 days. This property was clean and had all the necessary amenities for our family. We loved the ease of entry with parking in front of the small patio. Nice small kitchen to meet our needs and we appreciated having a washer/dryer too. The listing states there is a pool and public patio area however that has been essentially removed. Not necessary for a visit to Hawaii but still surprised it was gone/under construction.
My wife and some friends just returned from two weeks here.The unit was conveniently located right off of Ali’i Boulevard. It was about a mile from the KTA grocery store, about 100 yards from Kahalu’u Beach Park, and just down the street from the Magic sands Beach Park.The unit was very clean. The hosts communications were accurate and timely.The unit was very well equipped with about everything you need, including soaps, shampoos, and conditioner.The unit was well equipped with many disposables such as trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and spices.It was also equipped with beach chairs, a beach, umbrella, snorkel gear, and coolers.The washer and dryer were huge.The views from the rental were pretty decent and the views of the ocean from the pool were very, very good.We all agreed that this was a great place and would have no problem staying here again.

We loved the unit. It was all that was advertised. We used the grounds and pool often. It's at a good location, midway between the volcano and Hapuna Beach (our favourite. We would stay here again and recommend it as well.
This Condo had all the amenities needed to entertain our family and future in-laws. We were able to cook, bake and have a great Christmas vacation with all the family traditions away from home. The condo was stocked with everything needed for a beach day as well. Ryan, the host/property manager was great and quick to respond to every question we had. ( even during the holidays). Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
