Comfortable ground floor condo with open floorpan allows you to walk directly outside to the ocean which is less than 100 feet away. This clean condo has 2bd/2 bath and sleeps 6 people. It has a split A/C so every room can be cooled separately including the master bedroom. The small complex gives you direct access to the ocean, has a large grassed area for sun tanning, salt water pool, bbq and dining area and best of all a non crowded feel. The space
Our complex Makani A Kai is centrally located on Maui so it is easy to get to restaurants and all the exotic activities Maui has to offer along functional trips to grocery or drug stores. Our complex is small with only 24 units so you never feel crowded and is oceanfront with direct access to 3 miles of undeveloped beach.
Guest access
Free parking and there is a designated disabled parking spot 30 feet from the front door.
Other things to note
The condo is also wheelchair accessible with level entrances and has a barrier free shower with grab bars so someone with balance issues can feel safe. Grab bars are also by the toilet. The condo has remote controls for the drapes, ceiling fans and split air conditioner....
