I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at a condo in Kona with my son, and while the trip started off a bit bumpy, it ended up being truly memorable.Upon arrival, our original unit had a few issues that made it less than ideal. Fortunately, the property owner, Richard was responsive and accommodating—after raising our concerns, he arranged a room change that made all the difference. The new unit was clean, well-stocked, and had the beautiful sunset views we were hoping for.While the initial hiccup wasn’t ideal, the way it was handled showed care and professionalism. I’m grateful we had the flexibility to switch rooms and make the most of our time together.Would I return? Absolutely—

We spent a week at this beautiful condo in Kanaloa and could not have been happier! Out every window there are stunning views, from the ocean, to the mountains, to the golf course. The layout of the condo is perfect to maximize the views as well as the privacy. The condo is stocked with everything you need and our host was gracious enough to even leave us a basket of local fruit, coffee, and jams. This was an unexpected and lovely surprise! The condo is breezy and cool and we enjoyed the ocean air and as well as the nightly sunsets. The condo is in a great location for golf, water sports and there is excellent shopping nearby, including a local farmers market. Our host Richard was great and very responsive. We highly recommend his lovely place!
Everything was as advertised. Great location; Didn't need AC, fans did the job. We were very comfortable. Especially loved the welcoming fruit basket with names and explanations about each different fruit. We stayed three weeks and are both over 75 years of age.
Richards place was amazing. The cleanliness was outstanding, his cleaning people should be commended. Loved the lanai, super quiet community. Nice new beach chairs, cooler and umbrella available for use. Kitchen was very well stocked. I didn’t read in the posting that there was no a/c but that was my fault. Ceiling fans and standing fans throughout the unit. Beautiful ocean views. Directly on the golf course. Would absolutely stay here again!
Arrived to a wonderful fruit basket from local farmers market we ended up frequenting. Thanks Richard! Clean and comfy. Beautiful views. Grounds are well kept. Ocean pool was great for sunsets. Can't wait to come back!
Very clean condo , updated utensils , pots and pans , nice bath towels, big washer and dryer, well stocked with toilet paper , laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash..
Beautiful sunset, watch the waves hitting against the rocks, watch canoes paddlers , watch the golfer in the morning sitting outside on the balcony..
Supermarket, L&L dinner , restaurant 1/2 mile up the road , easy to shop for food..
I really recommend this place will definitely return again.. Richard the owner very nice , helpful, friendly and kind.

Our 2 night stay was amazing. Crashing waves , beautiful spot for sunsets and watching golfers.
Weve been coming to this proprty for years. This unit is the nicest and is affordable for the ocean and town view you get. We now live in Hilo and this is a nice getaway for us.
