This Corner unit is a privately owned part of Wyndham hotel, provides you best of both worlds - pool, tennis, spa, gym, billiards, ping pong etc. while being completely remodeled with brand new furniture, designed paint and home-like touches. Fully stocked with everything you might need and then some. At your full disposal 2 main bedrooms each with king bed and a private bath, base level bedroom with 2 single beds, free parking.

No hidden fees - price you see includes all applicable fees and taxes. Upon arrival we will not ask you
to pay extra for parking or a/c or anything else or beach towels. Enjoy this piece of mind.
Additional rules
1. NO EVENTS or loud parties. Please respect our neighbors.
2. Number of guests on reservation is maximum number of guests allowed at any time on the property. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS ALLOWED during your stay unless approved prior to your arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. Check-in time is 4pm, check-out time is 10am unless noted otherwise
4. No glass in pool area
5. No unsupervised children in pool area (spa area)
6. Please be respectful of neighbors, and keep noise levels down
7. Quiet hours shall be from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am., during which time the noise from the short term vacation rental shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
8. Sound that is audible beyond the boundaries during non-quiet hours shall not be more excessive than would b otherwise associated with a residential area.
9. Guest vehicles shall be parked in the designated parking area.
10. The short term vacation rental shall not be used for commercial purposes.
11. Please use AC sparingly, electric is expensive in Hawaii
12. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED
13. no smoking anywhere on the property

Failure to disclose an event and violating the rule on number of guests will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be issues for violation of the lease.
Major Holidays:
7 nights minimum stay required.
If you want to stay in the house for both Christmas and New Years - 14 night minimum stay required.
No exceptions.
