This rental condo was absolutely gorgeous, and perfect for our 6-person family (including 4 teenagers). The kitchen was extremely well stocked, and the whole place was plenty spacious and very comfortable. Additionally, virtually all of our meals were eaten out on the lanai, allowing us to enjoy the outdoors including the chirping birds and (generally) beautiful weather.As a bonus, it was fantastic that this unit was prepped for the beach with beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, beach towels and a rolling cooler. This saved us the hassle of having to worry about these items or renting/buying them during our stay.In terms of amenities, the pool and hot tub area were very nice, with multiple Weber BBQs available for grilling (which I used 4-5 times). Additionally, the on-site gym was a bonus for multiple members of our family.As for the condo management, Heather was very friendly and extremely responsive to all questions (and even popped by to say hello while we were enjoying some time on the lanai). Additionally, both check-in and check-out were a breeze.We absolutely loved our stay in this unit and our whole time in Kauai. We hope to be able to visit this beautiful island at some point in the future, and would definitely like to stay here again if the unit is available!
I stayed here with a group of my girlfriends before backpacking and camping the Kahlalau Trail. This place was a great home base for us to set our stuff, relax, and truly take in Hawaii before we set off on our adventure. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at this unit in Princeville. We stayed at the exact unit 3 years ago, prior to the new ownership. They did an excellent job with upgrades to the unit, and great for a family of 4. Laura the property manager was easy to communicate with and available if we had any needs. We will certainly consider renting this unit again next time we come to Kauai!
Great condo for 4. Had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler. Close to the pool and grills. You do hear your upstairs neighbors walking around quite well - but it didn't bother us too much with some music on.
This home is very nice in a quiet neighborhood. The pool is conveniently nearby along with propane grills. We did struggle with the kitchen equipment as we cooked most of our meals while staying here. Hopefully they can swap out the warped pots and pans as they don't work well on the flat electric stove, and have the knives sharpened. Notwithstanding, we would certainly stay here again as the access to Hanapali and Princeville is perfect.
Our overall impression of the property was good. It was very clean and quiet. The pool was beautiful. It took a bit to figure out how to get into the gate but some neighbors helped.
It wasn't clear to us by the listing that there was no a/c in the 2nd bedroom. We also thought it was strange that the master bedroom had no television.
We had a couple of hiccups that were resolved quickly...the master tub wouldn't drain and the washer quit working. Angela and Cyrila were quick to help us!
The skillets could use replacing. They are warped and everything sticks to one of them. We cook most of our meals on vacation. I don't know if that's typical or not but it was important to us!
The light above the stove also didn't work which would have been handy!
The lack of cabinets or a pantry to store food also made cooking interesting. We had everything spread all over the countertops which didn't leave us much space!
The beds were comfortable and overall we had all the things we needed. We appreciated being able to use the ice chest and beach chairs from the garage!
The a/c was permanently set to 70 which got too cold when on and was too warm when off, so we switched it off and on as needed. It would have been better for us to be able to raise the temperature...and would have used less electricity too!
We also have a vacation rental in Tennessee and we appreciate actual written information vs just stars. We like to know how we can improve and I trust you will appreciate the same!
Beautiful property and clean. Plenty of room for a family of 4 with two teenagers. Pool was clean, property was quiet. Close to multiple beaches, and shopping center w/ restaurants and shops, included a good size grocery store. Unit came with beach gear (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear for 2). Enjoyed having washer/dryer. Would stay again.
The property was very clean and spacious. Enjoyed the pool. Definitely will book again when visiting.
We had a lovely stay in Princeville. The condo was close to our favorite beaches and was a welcome home away from home in the evenings.
